The technician was great! My husband and father-in-law tried to fix our faucet to no avail. So, we called Provident Plumbing. The technician came out the same day and had our faucet fix quickly. He also put a cap on a water line that we didn't even know was uncapped. So helpful! We would recommend this company!

Experience from beginning to end was great. Purchased Toilet Tune-up coupon. John fixed toilet quickly and with no mess. Used part provided by coupon and then performed other services after informing me about issue. Whole house inspection was thorough and John provided options to fix or fine-tune problems found. No hard sell. Just suggestions. John is knowledgeable and extremely fast. Would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.

This is one of the most professional repair companies that I have ever dealt with. I called to report leak in my yard from water line break and the friendly operator gave me an approximate time that service technician would meet me at my house. I left work in time to meet the technician at my house and he was at my house by the time I pulled into my yard, and at the agreed upon time . Technician was very professional in introducing himself and giving me a short introduction to the company. Since there was no visible water located in the yard, technician said that he didn't want to start guessing where leak might be and spending time and my money unwisely. I appreciated that. So he got on phone with his supervisor and they spent some time putting together several options at varying price points for dealing with the leak. I wanted to think about the options and he left the paperwork with me. There was no "sales" pressure from him. I later chose the least expensive option and called them back the next day and set up a time for repair. The least expensive option involved Provident calling American Leak Detection (finds leak with no unnecessary damage to landscape). After they notified American Leak Detection, Provident called me back to follow up on whether American Leak Detection had set up a time for me. Very impressive. To bring this to a close, after leak was located by American Leak Detection, Provident came out and repaired leak. Technician (different from the first one) called before he came, gave me an approximate time that he would be at my house, and was there on time for repair. Both technicians that I dealt with were very professional, courteous and personable. The bill was a little expensive, but American Leak Detection charges $600 to locate leak. I probably could have dug down the line and found leak myself and then let Provident repair, but I was having some health issues. However, I was overall very impressed with the professionalism of Provident.

Called Provident Plumbing. The operator that answered was very helpful. Plumber was at our house with an hour. He was professional and very knowledgable. He fixed our problem. Great experience! I would highly recommend this company.
