The men were considerate and friendly. They explained everything that needed to be done. They also told us when it should be cleaned again.

They quoted a typical price on the phone nut when they arrived, they totally lied and fooled me into thinking something terrible was wrong and charged me 6 times more. Later I researched and interviewed other professionals and found out that they lied. I did not have evidence of any field drainage problems. And their fix was nothing more than taking the same suction hose and attaching it to the field drain entrance for 5 or 10 minutes. Boy did they take advantage of me, with now a very low income. I shouldn't have just trusted them.

Very personable as well as professional. They explained everything they did and helped to pinpoint the cause of the problem . Wonderful service.

I was quoted $350 to $550 to pump the septic tank and after he came in here and saw the job he quoted a different price. At the end I was charged $3280 for pumping the 1000 gallon tank, cleaning the mainline from the tank to the house, rejuvenate the drain line with chemical treatment and replace rear bath hole with new PVC tee.

They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. They kept us informed the whole process with a few issues that we had and did not proceed until we understood completely. We would recommend them at any time.

Dennis was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained the issues with the septic system. What i thought was a simple pump out turned out to be a bit more involved. He took care of the issues and was done within a couple of hours. Very friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

I called at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and before 10am the company was at my house working. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a price for repairs and pumping. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They made sure they fixed my lawn back before leaving. I will use them in the future if I have any issues and for routine maintenance of my septic system.

DJ was extremely knowledgeable and explained options, including benefits and consequences, very clearly. This system had not been serviced in 20 years and they knew what needed to be done, not only to keep the system functioning but also to prevent larger problems and larger repair costs in the future. Repairs were needed and they (DJ and Sean) had the replacement parts with them. They were very easy to get along with and explained everything that was being done during the pumping and repairing process. DJ provided some tips, including a more frequent service schedule (3-5 years instead of 20) and some suggested additives to keep the system working properly well into the future. There is no doubt that I will be calling them again in the next 3 - 5 years for service. Well done guys!!!
