Responded to my inquiry immediately. In fact I had not even finished putting all my information into Angi. My phone rang and it was D. J. wanting to know ""what's going on""? He gave me an estimate on pumping my septic, we set a time. It became complicated because my wife had a hospital surgery scheduled. Great communications the whole time. Problem professionally solved. Wonderful family owned and operated business. I would recommend their service to anyone with a septic system problem.

These folks did a wonderful job and helped me out within hours of my call. They explained everything well and were so easy to talk to. Very personable but also very professional. I would recommend them highly.

BEWARE! Affordable Septic Services is a SCAM. My tank has 2 chambers, and DJ Beeman only pumped the grey water chamber and never checked the inlet chamber. DJ claimed the 2 chambers had an opening between them and he only needed to pump from the grey water side. He also claimed that the drain field needed to be rejuvenated (his words) by inserting their suction hose into the outlet pipe from the grey water chamber and letting it run for over an hour. I was charged $3,600. After they left, I became suspicious and had another company inspect the tank. They found that the inlet chamber had not been cleaned and was full of scum. They also determined that there was no opening between the 2 chambers and that when DJ claimed he had connected his suction hose to the drain field pipe he actually connected it to the transfer pipe from the inlet chamber. Therefore, nothing was done by DJ to rejuvenate the drain field. The other company also stated there was no indication that there were any problems with the drain field, and they had never heard of anyone using DJs method of rejuvenating the drain field. I contacted DJ and explained what the other company had found and requested a refund. He refused to give me a refund.

I was charged $4000.00 for what they said was wrong with my septic tank.I honestly believe we were ripped off The only problem we were even having was sometimes we had to flush twice for the waste to go dow n.we have been upset ever since. We are in our eighties and think we were taken advantage of. Another thing that seemed fishy was tjhey demanded cash.we could not write a check or use a debit or credit card Just cash.I had to go to the bank and get cash. I told the lady at the bank that we had a sewage tank problem and that the sewage company had to have cash. We are not well off by any means and this was a big chunk of money for us.made me physically sick at my stomach. No I would not recommend them.

I had a emergency at my house with sewage coming from my shower toilets and sinks, I called Affordable Septic and talk to the secretary Faith she showed me that everything would be OK and send a crew out immediately DJ, Tyle and Austin showed up within an hour diagnose. My problem, gave me a fair price and had my house back up and running within an hour. They was very professional and knowledgeable and what they was doing I would recommend them to anybody and will be using them in the future. Thanks Affordable Septic for helping my family.
