The guys came out quick with my emergency septic issue. I thought I was going to need a brand new system but they got me up and going again, saving me thousands. DJ called within an hour of me asking for a quote. Both of my toilets were overflowing and the septic tank needed to be cleaned out. I scheduled him to come out the next day and neither of us realized it was Christmas Eve. He still came out and had everything done and yard cleaned back up. I would recommend him to everyone.

There was 3 men who solved the problem, fixed the problem and suggested how I could avoid the problem to happen again. They worked the whole time. Very efficient and were finished in a little over an hour.

DJ and his crew came out the next day after I called them (and even ventured outside their normal territory to do so) and had all the equipment necessary to do the job right, which in our case was a septic tank completely full of solids. While it wound up costing more than we hoped, the main thing is that they fixed it correctly before the drain field was compromised.

DJ called immediately to find out what my septic tank issue was. My septic tank was a mess, but he knew what needed to be done and he did it. He corrected my problems and worked diligently to make sure everything was done and working properly. He is very knowledgeable, and he explains everything he does. I was very pleased, and I highly recommend them.

After eight years in a new home and minimal use, I thought it was a good idea to check in on a septic tank clean out. It was timely as initial install left room for improvement! In addition, using non-biodegradable toilet paper compromised function. Repairs were needed and were completed on the spot! I was very happy with their communications every step of the way- they set expectations about impact and gave thorough explanations while showing me the issues. I made an informed decision about what was needed and have a warranty to boot!

The gentleman that answered assured me that they could be there the next morning which was 11/15/21. They arrived, evaluated the problem that was more than a full tank. He discussed it with my husband and we agreed for them to proceed. It was incredible that they completed the repair in about 2 hours, on the spot! We were extremely satisfied and highly reccommend your company and the service men were awesome!
