Description of Work: Initially, they cleaned our outside windows. They were prompt, courteous, and very good. We then had Window Genie powerwash our driveway. They worked with our schedule and did an awesome job removing the dirt and mold from the drive. Would highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: We had both house and roof washing done, which included the garage and a garden potting shed with fencing. The guys were all very professional, courteous and efficient. Our house looked brand new after everything was completed. We would definitely used them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Blew leaves and pine straw off roof and gutters, soft washed house, power washed large wood deck, and washed all outside windows, including palladium, two skylights and three large roof-line windows. They showed up on time, completed the work on schedule, and cleaned up nicely.

Description of Work: I had a very positive experience with Window Genie and will use them again for window cleaning as well as other services. The owner was hands-on from the beginning, personally coming out to quote the full job (I paid extra for additional services). He was polite and efficient, as were the men who came to complete the work. I would highly recommend this business. The only reason I rated it slightly lower in responsiveness is that I waited to get a call after paying on Angie's list. I ultimately called the local business number, and the owner was apologetic for overlooking the e-mail. He certainly made a point of doing everything to make it right and got my job done the next day. I felt appreciated as a customer, and that goes a long way in today's world.

Description of Work: They did a great job at cleaning all of my windows, both inside and out. The price was great--I used the Angie's List deal of $99 for 12 windows, and just had to add $45 for extra windows. There was a scheduling problem in that the cleaner came two hours too early, and I wasn't home to receive them, but they were able to come later the same day. It turns out they do power washing as well, so next time I plan to have them power wash and clean the windows at the same time.

Description of Work: We have 27 windows. We had window genie of the low country clean inside and outside windows, screens, and window ledges. They arrived on-time and worked very efficiently - we had 4 Christmas trees and many other decorations at the time. The workers did a magnificent job. They completed the job in record time, cleaned up all there debris and were very professional the entire time they were in our house.
