Terry came to give me an estimate, and Steve was our technician. he was on-time, professional, thorough and very respectful of our time. I would hire them for future window cleaning.

Terrible experience. Had to instruct workers on what to do and how to do it, as they had only been hired. Machinery kept breaking down. No supervision and owner was nowhere around until it was time to be paid. I do a better job on sliding glass doors than their power washer! Owner demanded payment in cash or check, otherwise a 4% fee would be added for use of a credit card. Would never use again or recommend him.

They came late. The equipment broke down a few times. The 2 men, although extremely nice, were very inexperienced. The window washing is considered the glass only, not base of frame or sill do they wash. Sliding glass doors were not washed clean. Several areas of house were not satisfactorily washed. When we tried to pay with credit card, owner said it would be 4% more, but never mentioned same prior to that time that there was a service charge for credit cards. We paid by check and he cashed same within minutes after leaving our home. This is a "fly by night" operation, with 2 inexperienced workers and eqipment that is falling apart. Would never use them again or suggest that anyone else does. Poor value for your money!

Technician took his time to be thorough, had hurricane Mathew hit island in October and windows look better than they ever have!

Never could get them to commit to coming to do the job.

Purchased Angie's list deal which appears highly dependent on selling additional services. Additional cost to cover extra windows unreasonably high. (e.g. $74 Angie list deal for 30 exterior windows. Added 4 interior and 2 exterior panes, 2 entry doors and one sliding patio door and 2 small transom windows for an additional cost of $90) Work was rushed, windows missed and some windows left with streaks.

Okay. We had an issue afterwards were many of the plants near the house dropped their leaves or died.

They are very good. I have been using them a couple of times now. They are careful. They first protect and cover any outside light fixtures or fans. They prepped the house before washing. They just did a thorough job. The house looks like it's brand new when they got done and they spent quality time with it so those were the major things I liked. Their price can be a little bit high but now that I'm starting to use them, I'm trying to work with the owner in coming up with a better finance plan every time I call them out. If I stay with them, they'll give me a better deal. They get back with me if not the first time I call them, maybe the next day. They are here when they say they are.

I bought the $126 window cleaning deal from Window Genie and never got a response from them. Not on my initial three date suggestions for the service, nor on two email reminders that I sent them in the following 2 weeks. I don't get how someone can be so unprofessional as to not responding to normal business correspondence.

The service went well. I had purchased the Big Deal which evidently I should not have been able to do, but it went through and he honored that even though it really should not have gone through in that way. So, I give him credit for doing that. There were additional charges because I have more window than what was on the special.

He arrived on schedule. Brought help with him. We have 12 sliding glass doors. Tenderness, efficient, friendly.

My wife indicated that the technician was efficient. Upon my inspection I discovered that the 1/2 window above a set of window was very smudged. I am going to have to redo that window. Since we live a gated community that requires a gate pass, this contractor was at a disadvantage to get through the gate without a pass. I thought since he would have other business in the community he should make arrangements for an annual pass for contractors. I refused to pay the $10 gate pass fee. Should not have to do that and he agreed after some conversation. He is a very nice man and runs a good business.

It was perfect. Adam and Josh were efficient, personable, completed the job quickly and left all clean.

The two men team that did the work were very professional and also very nice. They did a first rate job. The boss, Mr. Gurley, came by to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction, and he pitched in to finish the work. We were fully satisfied with the results and we plan use them for all follow up work.

Very pleased!! Terry, the owner, was very responsive to stop by to provide a free estimate. And he honored coupons I had available. I had also asked Terry to keep my posted via phone when to expect his team. And he did. I had a 2 week window of time that I wanted the work completed. He assured me that they could do it - and they did. Adam and Josh arrived mid-afternoon (my schedule) - but only had time to complete the interior work and the front steps due to weather and darkness. Adam returned two days later (on my schedule) to complete the exterior windows. Both Adam and Josh were terrific. Very professional, very polite, worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again!

The installer arrived exactly on time and went to work. He was neat and clean and told me about his experience in the window film business. He was efficient and the job was done in no time. The price was right as I had used a coupon. The film has worked very well and now that room feels as comfortable as the rest of the house.

they showed up ready to work........they were polite, professional, focused......and very well skilled.......they had a superior product and they installed it with superior skills..........I felt the price was rather high......but.......I am so happy with the results........you seldom receive what you pay for..........but........in this case you do.........high price........but......very high quality.....and yes......I would not hesitate to hire them again.....or refer them to others.........great job guys!

Love this company! Terry (owner) is the most delightful gentleman to work with and his assistant Luke is such a pleasure to have do work for us. Their professionalism and the quality of their work always exceeds our expectations. Was very impressed with the quality of the window cleaning on my house. Two men worked very fast and did a great job. Would highly recommend this company.

I was so impressed with them. There were two guys here and they were done in less than 2 hours. I have a bigger house with a lot of glass to clean. They were wonderful and quick. They were easy to work with.

The appointment was made one month in advance, yet I had to call the day before to confirm. Was not first on the list and had to demand service on scheduled date. The wash left the house clean and beautiful, but the bleach water was left on the driveway and the owner did not accept Angie's List coupon and said it was not his. Would only use again if I could not get anyone else.
