The window interiors were done first and then the exterior windows and house were washed. In addition, they pretreated the mildew on the back patio, to ensure it came clean with the power washing. I've used this company before and was once again amazed at their professionalism and attention to detail. These guys really care and it shows in their work. The crew, Manny and Luke, are terrific and the results are OUTSTANDING. This is the best my windows have every looked, and the house looks amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WINDOW GENIE OF THE LOWCOUNTRY.

Terry Gurley, the owner, provided the quote. He stated that he will clean the exterior of the windows within six months at the same discounted rate that was available through Angie's List. We plan on having them return in February 2015. As promised, Window Genie called prior to arrival, they were on-time and within the timeframe provided with the quote. They were very efficient and thorough. The interior and exterior of our floor-to-20ft ceiling windows had not been cleaned in over three years prior to our purchase of the home. All windows now sparkle.

The provider came over and told me that it was going to be $300 more to clean my windows. He said we had more windows than what the deal was for. Initially he had been hard to get a hold of and schedule. He kept putting us off. At this point we are getting a refund and not using the provider.

Terry returned my call for a quote immediately and arranged to come to my home. The quote was very reasonable, especially considering several windows are challenging to get to. I scheduled a time for the work to be done. Work was completed as scheduled and my windows are gleaming. I will definitely use Window Genie again.

They were fantastic. They called to confirm the appointment and then called about an hour before they arrived. There were two men and both were very pleasant. They went to work immediately and were very efficient and energetic. They were finished in less than an hour.

The men arrived on time and were very professional cleaning the windows. The windows were very dirty due to construction work being done on the house but they were sparkling clean after Window Genie . The men even removed paint spots found on the windows and were very careful working around the furniture. We liked them so much we hired them to return and power wash our home. The results were wonderful ! We will definitely use the Window Genie in the future .

I followed all the details in the offer, but they wanted to give me a quote which they did but I could not open the attachment. There was no mention of a quote in the offer. I gave them 2 option dates to perform the service and my cc was debited with the appropriate amount, but I have never heard from them since. Anything you can do to cancel this and return my funds will be appreciated.

Went great. This is our second time using them, time before this past June was in November 2013. They fit us into their schedule both times quickly and arrived promptly, and did an excellent job. We are using them again in the Fall to power wash the house.

The windows sparkled. The man who did the actual work was very professional, and completed his tasks in a timely manner.

It went well. I was not told the window tracts were extra though.

I was very disappointed in the way this company did the estimate and how much I was quoted. I thought that I was getting 20 windows washed inside and out. Instead I was told that each of my windows counted as 2, so instead of 17 windows I would be paying for 34. I think his description was poorly written.

The owner was prompt for the estimate and excellent at communication as far as scheduling the service. The cleaners arrived on time and were pleasant. Later that day, after they were gone, I noticed that the screen in the kitchen window was bent. I look out that window every day, and it wasn't bent before they cleaned it. I understand that accidents happen, but it was disappointing that they just put it back in the window without an apology. I would probably use this company again, but I would check the work more carefully before they left.

When Window Genie came to do estimate, they answered all of our questions and clearly explained the options and cost. Th estimate was reasonable. The window film was installed everything went very well. The film looks good and is working as expected. The Window Genie rep was professional and courteous. They showed up promptly for both the estimate and installation appointments. The experience with Window Genie could not have gone much better.

This was the second time I have used Window Genie. The first time I called them because I really needed my windows cleaned....just on the outside....because I had house guests coming. I had called the service I had used for many years and was told they could not possibly help me. Checked Angie's List and made a call to Terry and to my surprise he was able to help me. So that sold me. They came, helped me out when my long standing service wouldn't and did a great job. I highly recommend them but my only fear is that they will become so sought after that if I call them on short notice as I did my old service they won't be able to fit me in!

The two young men were there early, did a great job and were finished in less than 3 hours. They give a discount if you commit to having subsequent cleanings with them: eg. I asked for exterior cleanings every 6 months and interior cleanings annually, which allowed for a 10% discount. They are a local business and I will use them again.

The job was professionally done from bid to invoice. The owner, Terry was so enjoyable to work with and he made sure all was done exceeding our expectations. It is refreshing to have a company deliver on all the promises and it is easy to recommend this company if you need any windows washed. We have already decided that Window Genie owned by Terry Gurley will be the company that does our Home power washing. They stand behind their service and make and meet commitments.

Showed up on time for estimate. The crew arrived on time as scheduled, moved like phantoms in the night and all windows inside, out were perfect. The crew was professional yet personable. All around very pleasant experience. I would never try to wash windows again !!

Window Genie came out promptly to measure and give us an estimate and information on different types and levels of tinting. We ordered the product and they were back in a week to install. They were efficient, courteous, professional and very neat. The price was good and the product is excellent. They did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to advise others to use this company.

Arrived as scheduled was courteous professional and did the job as described in the estimate. There were no problems , I was more than pleased with the results and intend to use him again.

Overall, the experience was good. They did a thorough job. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.
