Description of Work: It took a while to set up the estimate and appointment, but once set, the cleaner was prompt and did a great job on windows that had not been cleaned for some time and had had the solution from siding power washing left on them. The only downside is that the screens were not carefully replaced, so next time, I will keep up with the process. These are old windows and screens and the screens just needed some extra care.

Description of Work: Tinted the 12 windows in my house. Gave me a 20% discount even though I did not have the coupon. They were on time and completed the job efficiently and timely. Very professional and helpful. The main issue I was the return of a call to my initial contact with them. The individual was a bit confused and said he would call the next day but it took a couple of weeks for someone to call again. But we got through that issue and all went well.

Description of Work: Cleaned outside of windows that were difficult to reach. Did a good job with the cleaning & the cleaners were excellent to work with. My problem was that I had to chase the owner to get them to come. I had to make all the follow-up contacts. Additional location fee of $25 was mentioned, but was not paid. It appeared that he was not too interested in a job that made full use of the Angie's list offer, but little else.

Description of Work: Window Genie of the Lowcountry installed window film on 8 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. The job was completed on time exactly as described during the the estimate. We had another estimate but Window Genie won out because of the professionalism of the estimator/installer. The lower price did not hurt either.
