Fred was very knowledgeable and went over every detail. The paint job was completed in no time and Jorge did a nice job.

The painters were on time, courteous, did a very good job and cleaned up.

left major stains on concrete and marble/granite patio. never got back to us for solution. tried multiple times to get company, but never returned calls. Boss was out and said he would resolve this. We never heard back from him.

Setting up this job, I talked to Matthew who was always friendly and professional. The quote I received to paint my house was half what another service quoted. When I asked why he said it was because he wanted my business and wanted me to refer my friends. The crew did a good job, but seemed frustrated by the time frame they were given to complete it and the low estimate. They did a good job overall with only a few areas that we weren't completely satisfied with. For the price we paid though, I certainly can't complain!

I can't say enough good things about CertaPro Painters. We were extremely pleased with how everything was done, scheduling, quality of job, and clean up. Being an out of state owner it is important to feel comfortable with the contractors doing work at your home. Fred & Megan made us both very much at ease and that our home would get a top notch job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to paint their home.

We still have the work to be done - end of May, at my request. However, Fred's and Sean's and Megan's responsiveness cannot be beat! Plus, their bid was so superior to the others I solicited. Extremely thorough, and Sean even caught a few items that needed to be repaired and included them in the bid. The other painting companies did not. Can't wait to see the result in May!

Hired this company and when crew arrived they said contract not correct. Haven't seen them since. Owner stopped by to see them unaware they had come and gone. That was on Friday. No Phone call or contact. Terrible customer relations. Owner showed up Monday and said would try to get another crew. Haven't heard from since. Obviously crews only do the jobs they want . Would recommend anyone who needs wallpaper removal stay away or you'll be as disappointed as we were. Meantime hired another Home Advisior company who showed up on time and in process of removing paper.. Would expect we would have house back in order end of this week.
