"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

On our appointment day, Robert called to apologize that he was running a little late and would call when he was on his way-which he did. When he arrived, he asked if he could block our mailbox long enough to unload everything and if it was ok to park across the street. At our request, he wore a mask while in the same room as we were. He was very careful to cover our floors and other items to protect them, and took off his shoes when on our carpet. Throughout the day, he was polite, professional, and very hard working. He cleaned up inside and out before leaving. The next morning, we had a question, so we called to ask Debbie. Within an hour Robert called us to answer our question, and soon a second call from Travis followed to make sure we had our answer. We have been very impressed with Taylors. The windows are so much better than what we had, with a great warranty, and 1/3 the cost of the other company! We highly recommend Taylors."

I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
