Description of Work: I ordered one of the deals and called to make an appointment. An appointment was scheduled for a Saturday. No one showed, no one called. No one called the following Monday to reschedule or apologize for missing the appointment. I tried to contact via phone and Angie's List but no response.

Description of Work: The owner Shawn Bullard responded immediately and came out when it was convenient for me to discuss the job. However, the workers were sent to house to do roof repair, inspection without notice to me. I also asked Shawn to provide an estimate for repairs of my dormers and inspect the flashing, roof at the dormers. I have not received any record of the work done, a description of the inspection, nor the estimate for further work. I have tried to contact Shawn 3 times now for the information. Too bad, as I had a good first impression, and have work for them based on their estimate, but something is missing here. Also, please do not send workers to my home without contacting me first.

Description of Work: They were to perform roof maintenance at an agreed to price of $100 through Angie's list. Then billed another $200 for work that was supposed to be performed as part of the roof tune up according to the description. Disappointed that Angie's list allows this kind of business practice. Angie's List Deals are simply opportunities for deceptive billing and overcharges on what is advertised as prepaid work. Buyer Beware!

Description of Work: Paid $99 basically for them to come out and give me an estimate that other companies would do for free. Was supposed to get a few patches or something with the $99 but that was never done. I was told that basically I needed a new roof so it was pointless to make any repairs, which means I pretty much wasted $99. Tried to contact them again because the quote that was provided did not clearly list the amounts but never got a response.

Description of Work: Purchased $99 Roof Maintenance Package offered by Wando Roofing on March 16th. Provider contacted me on March 17th to schedule a time to meet. I never heard back from them after multiple attempts on my part to schedule. Finally, with no way to redeem my purchase, I had to request a refund through AngiesList. This was the 2nd 'Big Deal' purchase I made through AngiesList for a roof maintenance package and neither provider ever showed up to a scheduled appointment OR responded to my requests for an appointment. I've lost faith in AngiesList ability to hold providers accountable for their unprofessional and unreliable package offers.

Description of Work: Wando Roofing determined the cause of a small leak in my roof, and recommended that I replace broken shingles along the ridge line of the roof. They caulked around the solar vent fan and stopped the leak, and they replaced 18 shingles along the ridges. I was very favorably impressed with everything they did including the clean up. The price was higher than I expected, since the deal with Angie's list was that I would get $100.00 off the price.

Description of Work: Repaired a spot on the roof. Evidently there had been a problem in the past and the wrong type of shingles were used and was not done well. He did the repairs and corrected the poor job that was done in the past.

Description of Work: I wanted to tell anyone that may need a roofing job to call this Company first !!! It is now 9pm and its dark and they are on our roof putting a temp cover over our problem area since its supposed to rain hard after midnight tonight. I called several roofers yesterday - Wando Roofing immediately called back & came out that afternoon . Our roofing repair isnt scheduled until tomorrow and I'll update this post but as of now you can't get any better than this. aAnd by the way only 1 other roofer called back & that was this morning
