Good interaction during the evaluation of the job on a Monday. Was told that I would receive a quote by end of the day. This was not done. I inquired about quote through the Angi's list the following Thursday and that was ignored. Had to call that Friday and was told that someone forgot to get me the quote. Received call after that stating that they were not comfortable doing the job. Poor communication and follow through. I hired another company for the small project.

Fair price, incredibly professional, and fast. Wando Roofing was extremely knowledgeable, helped me troubleshoot and find the extent of damage, and took care of the extra work found in stride. Would recommend to anyone!

It's an adequate repair, there were no leaks and I don't have complaints with the service but I will not use them because I don't need the service again.

Not sure why this company has such a good rating. I did not hire them. He came without a ladder and immediately started talking about replacing the roof through my homeowners insurance. I explained I did not want a new roof or need one (I had already received an estimate on repairs from another company). He really pushed the insurance and I said no. He finally he said he could do the repairs for $250.00 to $350.00 by just looking at it from the street. He did not go on the roof at all - my home is 2 story.

Responded immediately and decided what was needed. Returned two days later and repaired problem.

They were absolutely wonderful. It said it doesn't meet your standards but let me tell you they were awesome.They came great. They need to be back on there, I don't know if somebody wrote something bad or whatever but we've used them quite to move in awesome. Well they quoted us at $800, we had a really bad leak and everything. It was leaking through the bedroom. In the end he said to us he didn't have to do this and this and they could've screwed us over, it was all on the second floor and it was $400. The price was half of what he said it was gonna be. For responsiveness, they came Thursday. Friday it poured all day, it wasn't their fault and they came yesterday. They were here 6:30 in the morning, too punctual. Their professionalism was very nice.

Fantastic. I have the nicest roof in the neighborhood now. I am really impressed with the quality of work, the dedication and speed of workmanship. I would highly recommend.

The company never contacted me or came out to my house. It was a waste of time. I even tried to call them and they never picked up!

I want his address too because I paid $425 for roofing. It leaked, I called them back, they said they'll be out, but they never came back. I kept calling, calling. He never answered. Give them a double, double F . Double, triple. Initially it went fine, but I called them up and said it was still leaking and they said they'll come out the next day and look at it. They never did. So I called and called and called. And his phone kept saying phone was overloaded with calls or something. I'll try again tomorrow. They should come back and stop the leak. Quality was good but it leaks. Punctuality was okay. If he comes back and fixes my roof, I'll use the again but other than that, no.

Called them Saturday and still haven't received a call back. Actually called them a year or so ago and never heard back.

Not at all. I agreed to the service and set up a time to meet with them. I never heard from them, so I sent a follow up e mail that also didn't get a response. This is frustrating since there was another offer on Angie's list by another contractor who, I assume, would have responded. This offer is now gone so I will wait until one is available again.

The owner came back with 2 of his employees and fixed some minor problems and some of the other suggestions were put off till another day.

Shawn came to give me an estimate within a few hours of being contacted. He pointed out areas on my roof that he thought might need extra attention and made sure that I knew the possibility of the extra cost. My old roof was not visibly leaking, so I didn't need immediate replacement. He gave me an idea of when his roofers would start, and he came over 2 days before they started to let me know and to verify my shingle selection. The installation went very smoothly and I was kept informed of the progress. I am very satisfied with my new roof.

My experience was that they would contact me personally after 2 days of buying the special offer and I had absolutely no word from them after that leading me to not go ahead with the work and to refund the deal.

Wando Roofing is probably knowledgeable about roofs, but I would not recommend the $99 'Roof Maintenance Package'. You're basically paying them to try to sell you on a new roof, and there is no maintenance done. I bought the 'Roof Maintenance Package' and once I was able to schedule an appointment the guy got on my roof and told me I needed a new one. I'm no expert on roofs, so he could be right on this, but it would be smart to get an opinion from a 3rd party. I told him to give me a quote on a new roof, and then he never got back to me. I tried emailing, but no luck. There was no maintenance done to the roof, despite it being called a 'Roof Maintenance Package'. The guy seemed knowledgeable, and was friendly enough, so they might be ok if you have a large project, but I would not recommend buying the Roof Maintenance Package (supposedly a $400 value). So as it sits right now, I paid $99 for nothing. Not the end of the world, but kinda sucks.

I purchased an Angie's list deal to use with this Service Provider. He came out after 2 phone calls and gave me an estimate on what work needed to be done. After that he did not contact me, he did not come out for the appointment set and when I called back to contact him he claimed the work was already done and it was clearly not because I was home the entire time. He claimed he would call me back and never did. He is very deceitful and I would not suggest him to anyone in the future.

Wando Roofing was very professional and Mr. Bullard was a pleasure as was his team of workers. They were always on time and would keep me informed as to every step they made. Our roof looks phenomenal and we couldn't be happier, Thanks Wando Roofing for an excellent job! They cleaned up everything. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a 17 year roof that was going to be an issue when I got to sell the house within the next 6 months. Decided to replace it. Called Shawn and got a quote. Wasn't the lowest price but was very knowledgeable and was recommended by a friend. He gave me detailed quote to remove the old roof, repair ply wood (up to 3 sheets), 30 lb paper & Lankmark Morrey Black Shingles. He even met me at my work to show me different shingles so I could pick out a color (don't go by the pictures online or in a brochure). Agreed to start on Thursday. A team of 3 showed up early Thursday but could only work for 1 hour before Shawn called it a day due to high winds (good call). Came back Friday and the team of 3 worked until dark removing my old roof. Saturday & Sunday was fixing issues (had to replace flashing which was detailed in the quote if it had to be replaced) and putting the new shingles on. Overall the crew was outstanding. They worked all day each day. Was originally told it would take two days but no worries that it took 3+ days with clean up. I would recommend Wando Roofing to anyone. Shawn can be hard to get a hold of sometimes but he and his crew know everything about the roof. Wando Roofing came by on Monday to finish clean up with the magnet for nails. My yard looks better than when they started. The roof looks amazing and will help sell my house.

1. Price was advertised as $3750 on Angies list. That is what drew me to this roofing contractor (along with the reviews). But if I wanted this price, I had to purchase this deal through Angies list. I knew that I could get my money back if after Wando roofing came out and inspected the roof, the pricing was different. This price was advertised as for replacing a 1500 sq. roof. I called Shawn, and he came out to the house. After measuring, he told me that it would cost an extra $2500. My house was approx. 1300 sq. feet on the inside, but the roof extended a lot further. I agreed because it was still less than the other estimates I had gotten, but barely a 10% savings although the ad stated that it was a savings of 37%. I feel the average person would not realize that this deal is only for a 1,000 sq. ft. house on the inside. It would be less deceptive if it was stated as such. That way, the person looking at the ad would know immediately if their house would cost more and be better informed. 2. Shawn told me that he needed to replace some of the plywood underneath and told me how much. I said ok. He then called later and said that he needed to buy more lumber and replace more so I asked him to let me know how much. He never called and let me know how much the additional would be. Not till the entire job was finished. When I asked him why he had not called to let me know, he became very defensive and replied that he was too busy to be calling every customer to let them know how much it was going to cost them. When I replied that it was my money he was spending and I had a right to know how much extra it was going to be, he accused me of saying that he was trying to cheat me, and that he had a right to charge me for all the work he had done. Further, he had done me a favor by not charging me for all of the ?extras? he had done on the roof. If it had been a couple of hundred, I would have understood not being notified and not said a thing, but it was more than just a couple hundred. 3. I had a hard time reaching him whenever I needed to talk with him about the work or repair. It was very rare that I could actually call and leave a message. His voice mail was almost always full. So unless he actually answered the phone when I called, I was left to try again and again throughout the day if I needed to get in touch with him. Very frustrating. 4. For the repair work, I asked him to take before and after pictures. He took some pics, but they did not show me what he had replaced. I saw two pics that showed the same hole on one piece of old plywood, but other than that, I saw no other pictures that showed the bad plywood or the replaced plywood. All I saw were pics of everything already shingled and finished or areas where he had already taken up the bad plywood and there was just empty holes waiting to be repaired. He replaced 26 pieces of plywood. I think he did a good job. I think he replaced the plywood like he said he did and was honest about the sq. footage on the roof. My complaint is: 1) that because of the deceptive advertising, I did not get any better deal than any of the other roofers that gave me an estimate, but I went with him initially through angies list because I was under the impression that it was a better deal. By the time I was fully aware of all the costs, too much was invested already to change my mind. Had I realized that was not the case, I might not have placed an initial deposit through Angies list. 2) His attitude about the pictures and extra cost of the plywood made me feel as though I didn?t matter. His only concern was getting the job done and getting paid what he thought he should get paid regardless of whether he did as I asked him to do.

We had three leaks in our roof that needed repair ASAP. We called and someone came out and repaired them the SAME DAY! They even left to get materials and came back and worked until the evening to complete the job. They were awesome and we will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Wando Roofing for all needed roof work. The best part was how efficiently my calls were returned, and the work was finished within one day.

The repair stand well 2.5 years, and recently during a heavy rainfall, the leak occured from the same area. Since the owner gave me 5 year warranty, I called him, around 5 times, until he returned the call and indicated The roof needs to be replaced, and he doesn't want to fulfill his warranty/promises. SAD REALITY.

From the time I purchased the deal the communication was excellent. The owner quickly made arrangements to come by my house to measure and inspect the existing roof and to bring by shingle samples. He was working around some bad weather days but they were out to our house as soon as there was a day clear enough for the work. The crew arrived promptly and got right to work! They were some of the most efficient people I have ever seen - I could not believe the speed at which the roof went on! They took care of some rotten and broken plywood and other issues as they worked. The entire roof was completed in one day and it looks great! If I ever need another roof I would not hesitate to work with them again!
