Description of Work: I pulled up carpet from the home that I just bought. The hardwood floor were in good condition but needed some love. |The salesman came and gave me a couple of options. Due to my budget, I chose the less expensive option. When the contractor come to my home, he called me saying that the option I chose would not do anything for the floors except make them shiny... Long story short, instead of paying +$900, my bill was close to $2,200. They did agree to let me make an additional 2 payments rather than 1. |While putting our rooms back together, my mother noticed they had broken her bed. (They also messed up one of the closet doors, but I didn't notice until later and didn't fill like dealing with it.) When I called them, they all of a sudden quit responding to me as quick. I was expecting a call from a manager, but that never happened. The damage to the door only cost around $50 to fix. The did take it off of my bill, but I was very disappointed in the slow response. |I was very surprised about the experience after reading the great reviews on Angie's List... All companies have that one or 2 customers that falls through the cracks. |

Description of Work: We had the worst experience with them. They gave my husband a quote for hardwood floors in our kitchen based on the measurements given. Then when the floor installer came to our home for the official quote, she said... "oh goodness, they left off the installment fee. It will be $300 more than what they said over the phone." Then they set up a date for installation. The day before the installation, they called and said they found another error in the quote and it would be $400 more... so, we were $700 up from the original quote. They knew we were on a limited time frame, so we felt like they were totally taking advantage of our situation before renters moving in. We ended up going to Lowes, who were willing to put a rush order for us and also we paid the original price that we were quoted by Carpets to Go. It was a total scam!!

Description of Work: Laminate flooring installed in great room and dining room. Installers were extremely professional and did a fine job. Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction and the worksite was very clean when the job was done.

Description of Work: I bought an outside carpet for a small porch area.

Description of Work: They came in and moved all the furniture in the room and laid down the carpet. They put it all back precisely back the way I wanted. I couldn't ask for better people. They knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED CARPET AND PAD IN A GREAT ROOM (LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM), HALLWAY AND BEDROOM. SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED LAMINATE FLOORING IN TWO BEDROOMS AND AN ENTRY WAY. TOOK OUT AND REMOVED EXISTING CARPET AND PAD IN ALL AREAS.
