Sherry came to my house and brought samples after hours! it was nice to have someone work with my work schedule. Installers were polite, and on time. They cleaned up after they left. We had nothing to do but put our furniture back in our room. Definitely will call on them again.

Overall pretty good. There was a bit of confusion as to the scope of work whether or not it included the bathrooms or not. Bathrooms were done and all work completed was excellent.

They moved the furniture and the old carpet all in one day. The installers showed up right on time and were very professional. Todd was very helpful recommending and helping us select the right carpet for our needs and within our budget.

I was looking for tile flooring for my kitchen and bathroom. I also wanted the wall of my shower to be tiled. I visited Carpet to Go and was impressed with the large variety of flooring choices available. I was searching for a rectangular tile in a dark grey for my kitchen. I wanted my tile to be a solid. I also wanted a light grey tile for the bathroom. Todd helped me find a tile in my price range and a tile that met my design needs. Both tile choices were the same kind, just 2 different shades. It was great to find tile for both rooms that matched. I was pleased with the service I received. The process was quick and easy!

I was unsure what I needed to put on my back porch and Todd was very helpful. I finally decided upon indoor/outdoor carpet and I love, love, love my porch. We had a lot of water on the carpet after it was installed but we dried it out and it still looks brand new!

Everything was perfect! The price, the product, and the installation by 2 different crews. They were so helpful and professional. Our house even sold within 2 weeks! We were so pleased that we went to them again for the new home. We purchased both cabinetry and the perfect easy to care for vinyl grey plank flooring! It looks great and is easy care! With the personal intervention of Mr. Todd King, General Manager of Carpet 2 Go, the installation went exceptionally well. My sincere thanks go to Mr. King for the outstanding service he provided to us during the installation of the flooring in our house. After a few mishaps during the initial installation, the wife and I talked to Mr. King concerning our dissatisfaction. He personally came to our residence to examine our complaint and to remedy the situation. After carefully examining the flooring, he invited us to come to the store to select the material that we would like as a replacement for the installed material. When we arrived at the store, he personally took the time out of his busy schedule to assist us in selecting the flooring material. Also, we wholeheartedly appreciate the many installation ideas he gave us. And, on the final day of installation, he came by twice and was present during the final hours of installation to ensure everything was done right. We could not be more happy with the new flooring and with the professionalism, sincerity, and dedication shown by Mr. King. When it comes to aftercare and customer satisfaction, I can unequivocally recommend Mr. Todd King as being one of the best.

They did not perform this service but were extremely helpful in directing me to a source who did an excellent job.

Monica was out here as quickly as she can and we like her. She was easy to work with, easy to talk to and she understood our needs. It was great to work with her.

There was a tight window for completing the work -- I wanted the floors put down after the painters finished their work and before the movers arrived about 5 days later. Both contractors got the job done on time, on budget, and everything worked out perfectly. EVERYONE I KNOW warned me that I was asking a lot of not one but two contractors. They were sure somebody would run behind and throw everything off. But it worked out PERFECTLY, the work provided by both contractors met my expectations, and I've been nothing but happy.

What an excellent organization this is. We deal with the store in Mooresville and there could not be a better group to work with. Make sure you ask for Jorge and his installers. They are true craftsmen. Also, THANKS Connie for all your hard work and attention to detail!!!

William arrived at 8:30 AM and went right to work. Pulled up carpet and prepped areas. Then proceeded to install my laminate. He did not take a break, but, for maybe 5 minutes. He worked all day until approximately 6:30 that night! He did a fantastic job. Thank you!

I didn't end up using them because I was looking for a very small patch job and ended up finding a person that I knew that could do the work for me for a very low fee.

It was a pleasure working with Brad at Carpet 2 Go! Having no idea where to start with the process of selecting carpet, he answered all of my questions, and worked within our budget. He notified me well in advance that he'd have to reschedule our measurement, and arrived on time at the later time. The installation went smoothly and the carpet looks fantastic! The gentlemen who gave us a quote next day, and was able to have an install team out two days later. This really helped us out because we had tenants moving into our rental property. The price was we expected to pay for the area for builder grade carpet and pad. Great install team completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use carpet 2 go again in the future.

They came and do some work about a month or two. I didn’t pay anything it is part of the warranty. They are very good. They are excellent. I like their professionalism. They clean up after themselves. They are careful about coming in to the house and making sure that don’t drag anything any door in the house or anything. They are very professional and very careful. I'm satisfied with them completely.

Bought the coupon for carpet replacement in a rental property. We spoke before he came out on what I was kind of looking for, and he brought misc. samples accordingly. He was super courteous, helpful and informative. He worked me in to the schedule pretty quickly, and the quality was fabulous.
