Brown's Hardwood Floors is absolutely fantastic! They refinished the oak and pine floors in our 90 year old bungalow. Ty was responsive, helpful, and professional. The crew arrived on time each day (driving all the way from Charleston to Savannah) and was courteous and thoughtfully cleaned up each afternoon. Ty answered my texts immediately (even at night) and, most important, the floors looked gorgeous with hardly any dust residue. We're already planning to use Ty and his crew for our remodeling project later this year. I can't say enough good things about Brown's Hardwood Floors! I would highly recommend!

For about 5 minutes I considered refinishing the floors myself. To be brief, could not have made a better decision. Ty was able to come out the day I called him to give me an estimate. His team started the following day and did an incredible job. They even mixed a custom stain for me to match another part of the house. They were literally everything one would look for in a contractor. They were prompt, fast, efficient, and had superb command of the ascetic we were going for. I can't wait to use them again!

Ty and his crew did jobs at two separate properties for us. On both occasions he was extremely responsive, getting back to me within 30 minutes of my first contact, and starting the job within two days. One home was circa 1930, and it required replacing and matching damaged boards. The other house was circa 1950, same thing, missing boards with a rotten subfloor from preexisting water damage. The patches were undetectable from the original flooring. His guys are polite, clean up, and they had both jobs completed in under 3 days. We have recommended them to several people and plan to have them come refinish the first floor once the renovation is completed. Could not give a higher rating.

Things went very well. Ty was easy to work with and was very accommodating. I felt like he aimed to please and he succeeded! He even was able to match colors to my current hardwoods. I was very pleased.

I received two quotes for the work and Brown's Hardwood Floors was the best price. Ty was very prompt in providing his quote, scheduling the install, and ordering materials in advance so the wood could acclimate in the house. Ty was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. He also accommodated a last minute change on the install date since our new window installation work took longer than expected. The crew performing the work was professional and easy to work with. We did run into a couple issues with the stain color not matching the other existing hardwood floors in the house well and some other minor issues. Ty takes pride in his work and had the floors re-sanded and stained to address the issues and now the floors look great! Ty could have easily walked away with money in hand, but made a point to get the job done right which was greatly appreciated! Ty also helped us come up with a solution on a tricky configuration at the door threshold and worked to make it look good for us. Overall, I'm very please with Ty and Brown's Hardwood Floors and would highly recommend them for hardwood floor work.

Great! I couldn't give an A on price only because I didn't compare and didn't get other quotes. When Mr. Brown came to look at my floors I just wanted to do business with him. We felt the price was fair, so we went with him. He floors look GREAT! The crew was either on time or early. Mr. Brown came to make sure we were happy with the job and was available throughout the process. His response time on the quote, as well as questions during the process was excellent. It was only minutes -. Not even an hour. That was reassuring! Am using again to do the kitchen and would recommend highly.
