Our experience with Ty Brown and his crew was GREAT. They were on time, on budget, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The finished project was just what we were looking for.

Mr. Brown’s team did an excellent job installing solid hickory floors on the first phase of my addition, and I plan to hire him again on the second phase. Great to work with!

My house is 2,156 sq ft. Ty and his crew refinished the hardwood floors on the first floor of my home, and installed new ones upstairs (as well as in one bedroom downstairs). The floors look incredible throughout, even better than we expected. Ty was super responsive to any questions I had throughout the process and very personable in general - he made sure to understand what kind of color / finish we were looking for and made a suggestion that we're very happy with. Really delighted with the outcome of this project.

Ty and his crew did a great job removing the tile floor from my living room and hallway and replacing it with new hardwood. They refinished my old hardwoods and then stained everything making all the floors look new. They started and finished as promised and made sure I was 100% happy with the job. Done at a fair price as well.

Ty does amazing work! We had a bit of challenge trying to match our existing hardwood with brand new hardwood in our hallway. Ty did such a great job lacing it in. He always communicated with us and sent us pictures of the progress. They turned out beautiful! Can't recommend Ty enough.

We had a great experience with Brown Hardwood Floors. We contracted with them to replace the rotten subfloor in our master bedroom, to lay new oak hardwood, and to finish the floor to match the rest of the house. Once the project started and the subfloors were removed, we determined that the joists needed to be replaced as well. Mr. Brown provided sound guidance throughout the process, was up front and transparent regarding costs and timelines. His crew were fantastic and worked very hard to get the entire project done in less than 4 days. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and would not hesitate to work with Brown Flooring again. Highly recommended!

Mr Brown was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, punctual, and very easy to get in touch with. Our project was rather invasive and involved a lot of subfloor removal and joist repair. Mr Brown’s crew was a great steward of our home - we were not around for most of the work, but they took care of the place. I’d highly recommend them.

Ty and his team were able to fit in repairing and refinishing my floors ahead of my move into a new house. I wasn’t initially expecting to update the floors so the timing was really important. Even more important, the floors turned out so beautiful. I explained the color that I had in mind to Luis and sent him the samples I wanted to see, based on my explanation he brought a few more colors that I didn’t request one of which was the color I decided on so I’m so grateful for the extra effort to get the color I didn’t know I wanted. Working with Ty Brown and his team (especially Cesar) was a great experience. They removed wall-to-wall carpeting and installed hardwood floors (Australian Cypress) on my second floor (2 bedrooms, closets and a hallway) plus stair treads to match the wood species on the 1st floor of my home. They were very thorough, efficient and receptive to working with my questions and requests. I am planning to have them refinish the hardwood floors on my 1st floor in the future.

Amazing job- perfection. I had a bedrooom in which the floor was deeply scratched in multiple places. Browns was able to sand and refinish and make my floors look brand new. He was quick, efficient minimal disruption and odor. Easy to work from afar as I am out of state.

We had flooring replaced in our entire home and Ty and his crew are top notch! Floors turned out beautifully, and the job was handled professionally, on time, and in budget. Ty went out of his way to accommodate us and help us make choices to insure we were happy with the finished product. We are thrilled with how the floors turned out, and with the workmanship provided!

Browns Hardwood Floors did a wonderful job installing new hardwood flooring in our kitchen and refinishing and matching old hardwood floors in an adjoining room seamlessly. The floors are beautiful. Mr. Brown was friendly , responsive and prompt. The work was completed very timely and as quoted. He made a stressful project less stressful.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work Ty and his crew did. Ty was very personable as were his crew.. They completed the work agreed-upon in the time they said they would. They did a nice job laying the wood around my fireplace which required special attention. Overall they were pretty conscientious about respecting the property. When I pointed out that they had marked up the wall with the crowbar to remove the baseboard, they happily fixed, whatever needed to be fixed. One thing I wasn’t pleased about was that they were sawing and doing wood cuts on my screened in porch, which left sawdust everywhere. When I pointed it out when they were packing up their things, they did vacuum a little bit, but I had to go behind them and spend an hour with a shopvac vacuuming in between the floor boards, and along the screen and wood crevasses. If I need future flooring needs, I would be sure to call Ty.
