This review is not true. I personally returned call and left message with male that answered phone and he said she was not available and I left message with him. As we are extremelyrics busy I make an attempt to return calls as soon as possible and we return all calls emails text and website inquiries within 24 hours or sooner.

Description of Work: The two women did a deep clean (including oven, blinds, fan blades) of our 2200 sq. ft. home. They did a super job. This service will be performed quarterly and has been schedule for the next cleaning on May 5th.

Description of Work: Two women showed up on time. I had asked for a thorough cleaning of our 1,900 sq ft. two bedroom, Livingroom/Diningroom, den, two bath home with covered and screened lani with brick pavers. There was carpet in both bedrooms- tile floors every where else. We had already moved all the furniture out of the house. The base boards throughout the houose were not cleaned very well. The tile floors were sticky and we had to steam clean them after they left. After spending 5 hours, I was told that it would be $50.00 extra to clean the lani. I wrote a check for $50.00 and gave it to one of the women. They did clean the refrigerator which was empty. They were pleasant enough just not thorough enough. I am not a perfectionist but I expected more. I did not call them back because I figured I would only get the same quality. I will not use them again.

This cleaning was bought for a special we ran for deep cleaning. The cleaning when we arrived was not for a deep cleaning but for a move out cleaning. Since the offer had already been purchased we did the work anyways. The owner wanted an extra outside porch cleaed of cobwebs debris and dirt including vinyl siding and cement. It had not been cleaned in awhile. It was very dirty and I did clean it. Extra requests are not free. As we are offering a great value for the service we cannot give free add ons at time of appointment but are glad to give a free estimate which we did and customer excepted for extra work requested. As stated before this was a move out cleaning not a deep cleaning the distinct difference being a move out cleaning is harder and requires more time normally because there is more space to clean and when you move out all the hidden dirt stays behind. Description of Work: Please replace earlier report this date with this one. I accidently selected the B cells instead of the A cells. | |These ladies do a wonderful job over my 4000 sq ft house that has 2 cats in it. Today's cleaning was great! They vacuum and wash my wood floors and steam clean my ceramic floors; dust, clean appliances, countertops, all the bathrooms, etc. I highly recommend. They'll continue with me as long as they want. They clean for me every 2 weeks.

We cleaned and did extra at request of customer as she wanted her own product a polish on her hardwoods for no additional fee. Professional. thorough and friendly describe Simply Clean Housecleaning. The provider replied to my email request promptly. We discussed her services, price and set up an appointment for a deep house cleaning in approximately 1 week. Amy, the owner, and her crew showed up on time and were ready to go. They performed their services as we had discussed and as described online. Amy and her staff were very friendly and hard working. During the final inspection, a few minor oversights were noted and Amy quickly took care of them. I plan on using her services for my home in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends.

The home had a lot of dust build up. There were a lot of windows and blinds. There were 3 bathrooms that took awhile to deep clean. We did a full deep clean on this home including interior windows. This home had some very high areas to reach as well that required a ladder. It took 3 cleaners 6 hours to complete cleaning, 18 man hours. The price quoted was 300. And the owner gave us 400. He was happy with cleaning when we left and asked us to remove a spot on the wood florr caused by a dog. We removed it and he was happy with final cleanimg as he was asked to walk thru and inspect the cleanimg prior to us leaving. He referred me to a neighbor and I am doing a deep clean for her in the future. We As far as the stove being left on. I was unaware of until now. We have no reason to turn the stove on. I will be careful to check that type of thing in the future. The owner was pleasant to clean for and I would be glad to provide cleaning services in the future for him.

Called promptly after I left message and was prompt for appointment. 3 women cleaned from ceiling fans to baseboards- this was a special she was running for an entire cleaning as we had just moved in to the house and we were not thrilled with the way the prior owners had left it. House was left squeaky clean and I have scheduled her for a monthly cleaning!

As noted above, the services were exceptional and our house was squeaky clean. My refrigerator was cleaner than its been in awhile, and it seemed every book, cranny, crevice, and surface was clean and shiny! there was a small accident with a lamp, all was handled very professionally and with great integrity and honesty which is not do often any more what you find! Thank you!
Description of Work: Complete deep cleaning of house, including oven ( looked better than new!) and refrigerator as well as all baseboards, and even replaced linens on beds in all bedrooms. Very professional throughout, especially when by accident a lamp was bumped over. Instead of hiding or ignoring it, they brought it immediately to my attention and offered to replace it. Every part of the interaction was professional to noting hours they return phone calls on the answer phone, to promptly returning my phone call and committing to the service to delivering on all they stayed they would do. In addition, they were exceptionally nice and pleasant people to talk to. Great professionalism and we will definitely use again!!!

We had a few obstacles at first. The water to the house had been shut off and we had to wait for the plumber to arrive to turn it on. Not their fault. It's not easy to deep clean a house with no water! After that was taken care of, the ladies worked hard but had to leave early. They came back the next day to finish up. The ladies were very friendly and hard workers. There was a lot of work to do since the house had been vacant for a long time. Overall, I am satisfied and would hire them again.

(member name removed) and her husband were a great couple to work with. We did indeed have a few obstacles during the cleaning, which is not the norm, but were able to complete the deep cleaning. The home had a high level of build up and had not been maintained in quite some time. There was a lot of tape in cabinets and around fireplace that had to be removed. We did have to leave early, but came back the next morning with an extra employee to complete the job I am happy (member name removed) was satisfied and will go back to maintain her home in the future..

Last minute I bought the coupon online for the deep cleaning. We just moved into a small place and it needed a good cleaning. I was actually out of town and emailed Amy. She immediately responded and said they could do the job, even on the weekend. I had my mom let her into our place and when I returned from my (stressful) travels the place looked AMAZING. They even swept the front porch - wasn't expecting that at all and straighted up out there. I'm definitely going to use them again and completely recommend!

Amy is always here as scheduled, ready to start cleaning. Very easy to talk to and she always accommodates our needs. Our home is dusted, vacuumed, tile floors cleaned, bathroom always "spic and span". I do provide my own furniture polish as I want Guardsman Furniture Polish used on our wood furniture.
Description of Work: Routine house cleaning, every two weeks. Amy comes every other Monday. We choose Mondays - suits us the best. If we have out of town company, we get a clean house after they've gone back home. Should we need to change our date, Amy will adjust her schedule to meet out needs.

Amy is wonderful. She cleaned our place twice in the past week and it has never been so clean. She was prompt, reasonably priced and pleasant. They are good. She is real flexible and works around my schedule. She does a good job. If there is something that I see that she needs to do extra attention to, she does it. She is real conscientious about her work. Everything is good. I would recommend her.
