Simply Clean Housekeeping

The good: kitchen looked awesome, dusted, cleaned stove and refrigerator, baseboards cleaned and beds remade... The not so good: After being told I'd be contacted within two days, I was not and I reached out a few times to connect, we agreed upon a date Feb. 2 at 8am,and I reorganized to have my mom here at that time on Feb.2. At 8:04am that morning I got a text and phone message stating that they'd need to reschedule as they'd double booked. We agreed they'd come on Friday, Feb. 6 at 1pm. They texted at 12:42 saying they were in way picking up another cleaner. They arrived about an hour later than scheduled. They left and stated they'd have to return to complete it and we scheduled for the next Friday but they were again really late for the appointment. That night I hit home to a sticky dirty looking bathroom floor and a ring of some cleaning product ( with bottle base outline) on my bathroom counter... Overall very thorough but not so dependable in timing. Quiet and persistent hard workers.

Very punctual and courteous. Efficient and fast. Cleaned everything I asked them to. The glass tabletop hasn't been that shiny in a long time. They provided their own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners. They aim to please the customer and I will continue using their service monthly.

Did a very good job, but ran out of time. They were delayed at another job at the other end of the beach. We set priorities, and they followed them. Cleaned doors in Guest bath and master bath. Cleaned tub in Guest bath, shower and tub in master bath. Cleaned the toilets, sinks and bathroom floors I already had the windows done inside and out before they came, but they wiped down the sills, and the kitchen cabinets, as well as the countertops, table and appliances. Did only a fair job on the wood kitchen floor...many streak marks left . Did a good general cleaning on the sun porch, 2 bedrooms and den. Did an OK job on the living room, but left gouges on the top of two of my cherry tables. I know accidents happen, but they should have told me about the damage. They were very rushed towards the end, since they were late in arriving.

One sentence. The place sparkled. OK one more. Had I done the white glove inspection, I have not doubt the glove would be clean. Alright THREE- Going to sign up for Their Simply Clean Quarterly deep cleans.

They did a great job. We have two dogs, so even with regular cleaning, lots of fur and dirt builds up. We have been very happy with Simply Clean Housekeeping and have continued to use them for regular service.

Amy did a great job on my rental home. The tenants(3 years) had left the home very dirty and Simply Clean went to work doing an excellent job. The oven and stove top were very dirty and cleaned like new. The tub/shower units where very dirty and they spent an hour on each getting it clean. Was on time and stuck with her quote even though it was likely worse than she anticipated. Also very honest, they immediately sent me a photo ( from out of town) of a blind that broke while trying to get it clean. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did.

Amy and her companion arrived at the specified time. She did a walk through with me as I told her what I wanted. They started immediately and did an excellent job cleaning my entire house. They cleaned the bathrooms, mopped hardwood floors, did kitchen countertops, appliances and cleaned the plantation shades. All rugs were vacuumed and furniture moved as necessary. They went a bit over the estimated time,but only charged the quoted price. I was pleased with the results and especially their attitude. I have booked them for my next cleaning. Dr. Woody R. Mizelle

The two cleaners arrived at my house on time, and were very friendly. I asked them to clean all rooms with a tile floor, which included the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large dining room, and a laundry room. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of service. The kitchen and dining room floor looked fantastic; however, the bathrooms were only partially cleaned (for example, the trashes were changed and the sink/toilet was wiped down, but the showers were not scrubbed or even wiped down). Although I asked them to do all rooms with a tile floor (and specifically mentioned the laundry/cat room by name), this room was not even touched - at all. The cleaners seemed a bit inexperienced (for example, both made several comments about being overwhelmed by the smell of bleach, which made me think they did not take the proper safety precautions). In addition, they left a big bleach spray on my brown shower curtain (which now has to be replaced). This should have been brought to my attention, not left for me to find once they were gone. I wouldn't have even been mad, and it would have been the professional thing to do. The women were very nice and prompt, but I definitely didn't feel that it was worth the price I paid for the quality of service I received ($99). I was just looking for a basic overall clean (e.g. dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping) and was left surprised that so little was accomplished in 2 hours time. Since it was supposed to be a basic clean and I wasn't looking for anything specific or detailed, I tried to stay out of their way and I didn't even think to do a walk through with them before they left my house. Now I wish I had.

The provider came to clean and only stayed for two hours. The windows and baseboards are still dirty and they cleaned my kitchen floor with glass cleaner. I think one of the housecleaners was better than the other, but my home has not been cleaned. They told me that they only had two hours to clean.

The cost was significantly more than I was previously paying so I went with a different company, but I would consider using this company in the future if things don't work out.

Cleaning service called before they came. We advised what we wanted done and they really did a very good job. Would recommend to others.

They did a great job. On time and I could not of asked for more.

We just like them better. They were a little bit more organized and first relying company.

The team of two went right to work, and stayed on task for about five hours. They didn't want the tv or radio on and I heard no chatting. They brought all the tools and cleaning supplies they needed, but when I asked them to use my cleaner on the acrylic shower, it was no problem. There are places I can't or don't seem to keep clean, like the top side of the ceiling fans and the little tracks where the shower door and sliding doors fit. Those places were all clean, and they also cleaned the little crystal decorations sitting on the high window ledge that I can't reach, overall, I consider that this was a real bargain, and the services exceeded the cost.

We were extremely happy with the quality of work performed by Amy and her team. They came prepared with all tools needed to do the job, a very good attitude and an obvious desire to do good work. Amy was very willing to accommodate me on rather short notice, and was willing to come give an estimate within 24 hours of my call. Post construction clean-up is difficult, yet there was no complaining or attempt to find excuses to skip over things that might be difficult, like cleaning a ceiling fan on an cathedral ceiling. We would be happy to hire Amy and her crew to come again.

Fantastic. Amy did another great job at my home. They arrived on time, were very professional in their work & very friendly. They took their time to do it right & it shows. I will definitely have her back on a regular basis to clean my home.

NOT well at all. I called and left 2 messages prior to her coming because the house was empty and I wanted her to get a good look. After the first call, 12/30, I received an email saying she (Amy) would be here on 1/10, I called her back on 1/6 but she never got back in touch with me. A mother/daughter team showed up not knowing what to expect as Amy had a "family emergency" and did not meet her employees here. While the cleaners who came were very polite they did not have the proper equipment (such as a ladder or even a step stool) to reach windows, fans, or anything higher than what the arm can reach. They solely brought dusters and Windex. There was an attempt to clean the oven using the self clean, I wasn't impressed. Blinds, moldings, fans, baseboards, all dusty after appointment. Again the employees were nice, however, they were unprepared and mentioned that their boss cancels frequently. $200 spent but I am highly unsatisfied. I will not be using Amy's service again nor would I in good faith be able to recommend her company. Sadly, I could have used that money towards something else. Amy did offer to come back to finish what was not "reachable" at time of first appointment but we declined.

Outstanding. Both ladies performing the cleaning were very personable and professional. They went "above and beyond" to ensure a thorough cleaning job and owner satisfaction. They worked hard and spend more time than expected to make sure that everything got cleaned well. If/when I need deep-cleaning service again, I will contact Simply Clean Housekeeping and will ask for the same 2 cleaners again. Well done !!!!!!

It was OK. I felt that they rushed through the job and really didn't pay attention to detail.

called owner, told her of our disatisfactio. she said she would repay the money. I called 1/3/14, she said she decided not to repay us. she said the company put in 7 hours to clean the house(2 people). well, they did not work very hard. owner said that the dust would keep falling, well, the primary dust was never removed! owner said that they would come back, i was so upset, i said no, if you cannot do it correctly the first time why could i think you cold do it again... correctly. i am not fussy or difficult in any way! this job was aweful. i would not reccomend this company to anyone!! i want my money back!

They were on time, however I do not feel they did a deep clean. I found many items they neglected to clean and had to point them out when I found them. Many items I discovered after they left. They cleaned the fridge but forgot the top shelf, they dusted the tables but forgot several tables and did not even touch the mantels. They did not clean under the chairs, there was cat hair in plain site in several areas. I dont feel they were careful enough. After they left I noticed they completely neglected several tables that needed dusting, cat hair in corners and my shower corners and edges were still dirty. It looked like they just sprayed and wiped, no scrubbing here! I have used others that were much better and will not use these ladies again.

EXCELLENT....ladies were friendly hard working cleaned top to bottom. Theses are the best cleaners I have ever had. very happy with all they did. very good with our kitties. will have them come back bi-weekly. Thank you so much for your hard work Ladies.

They were punctual and friendly. These women know their business! The 3 ladies showed up, each with their own vaccuum and cleaning bags. They went right to work and when they left, my home was spotless!!
