Response from Simply Clean Housekeeping
(member name removed) called to schedule a cleaning with us. We scheduled and performed service on day requested. We cleaned the areas of the house she requested and she also asked if we organized paperwork. I do not provide that service. After the cleaning I, asked her if she was happy and she said she was very happy, that we were on time, took the time to talk to her about her needs and she wanted us to come back when she got her other rooms moved into the way she wanted, for, she had just moved here and was not ready for us to clean her whole house. I am very surprised about her review because she said she was very happy. I also gave (member name removed) a 10% senior discount on her service.

Description of Work: Amy does our bi-weekly cleaning and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything is spic and span when she is finished. Nothing goes unnoticed and she is so efficient.
