A rep finally came about 4 weeks after initial call. Said he would be back in a couple of days. Guess What?....We are still waiting.

Poor JOB! The price you agree upon will not be the price you pay. They just about charge you for extra breathing if they work hard and the upcharges are done so without authorization. Larry is exactly what he comes accross as, arrogant and cocky. He will push you the whole way to do things that make the installation easy despite what you may want. He's all about easy "in and out" get paid and move on. Customer satisfaction is not a factor nor concern in the entire process. They promise minimal damage to your property during installation and he braggs loudly about his mats to protect your lawn, etc from the equipment. Our property saw in excess of $5000.00 damage which included a destroyed slate deck and broken water lines. The unfunny thing was the water lines where marked and the first scoop from the tractor was directly on top of marked utility. AND,....you guessed it, a charge for him to repair despite the fact they where marked and it was his error. Heaven forbid you challange him for what you want he literally started yelling at my wife. After running weeks late they made the poor decision to pour the concrete on a morning when a tropical storm was coming accross FL and rain was in the forcast. As luck would have it the rain started immediately once the concrete was in. It continued for hours and was very hard at times. The concrete remained uncovered and flowed from the forms into the pool and onto the ground the entire time. We contracted Larry directly and he didnt show for 4 hours and said the fault and problem wasnt his but that of the concrete company he employs. It could be fixed for an additional fee!!! So, we have a messed up pool deck he refused to repair. Pool companies as a rule are not good however this is the bottom of the bottom. BEWARE and go elsewhere or be prepared to pay the fiddler named Larry.
