Great. Tech repaired within 20 minutes..

Repaired unit myself for $2 and saved $7900 on a complete new system they wanted to sell me. They don’t want to repair only sell overpriced systems that you don’t need. Stay away from 1hour heating and air unless you have money to throw away.

When Justin arrived he had been briefed on our problem and was fully prepared to resolve it. After inspecting the entire system he found that parts of the ductwork had become disconnected from one of the trunks, thus not delivering airflow to one room. He also noted that a new reurn duct was lying over another duct and the return was mostly collapsed. Justin spent a few hours repairing the ductwork. When he finished the system is operating to expectations. As the problem was within the new ductwork, and having an extensive guarrantee, there was no charge for the work done. We could not be happier with this and past work done by the technicians at One Hour and highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning needs.

Every aspect was done professionally from the estimate to the team showing up on time, everything was explained ahead of time and during the process, no surprise add ons to the quoted price. When they left everything was put back in the original places.

The technician arrived Saturday morning at 8 AM and had the unit running in less than an hour. Fantastic technician that was both friendly and informative.

If you have a contract with them you get 24 hour service. No contract you're on a waiting list. They show up no matter what.

I pay $11.95 a month for an annual contract. I think they're way to expensive. If you don't have someone there to help you understand that they are going to charge $99 a filter. There's a lot of stuff you don't understand as far as parts.

He just wanted to sell me a new system or expensive updates.

It was a great visit and it cost us so much less than we thought it would. I never write reviews of companies but I must say that my service today was above and beyond what I expected and this company deserves some credit for their outstanding service and treatment of customers. The technician arrived on time and was professional. He was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed both problems. Not only did he fix everything, but he also explained it all to me in a way I could understand it. Plus, the program they have for military members just blows me away. Its really nice to be overwhelmed in a good way at the end of any repair call. I will tell refer everyone I know to call this business for any HVAC repair. As long as we live in SC, this is the only HVAC company I'll be calling.

I had my six month check up on my heat pump heating and air-conditioning system. Everything checked out. There were no surprises. Antonio cleaned some mold that was growing in the bottom of my air handler with a mold and mildew remover. Then he washed my heat pump compressor With a mild detergent and hosed it off.

Arrived on time. found one small problem which will be fixed. Very nice and helpful serviceman.
