They did not repair my system and did not care that my family was hot . Check references and go another direction, they just want your bucks

The Technician was extremely polite and did his job well. The tech did not waste any time. The tech took photos of internal components of the AC system, and showed them to me. He was very easy to talk to and he was quick to answer any questions I had. Great personality and I would recommend him and company to others.

Two days after the install I had to call them because both heat pumps stopped working. They repaired them and said all was fine. One year later the control board fried. One month after that I had to call them back because I had a huge electric bill. It turns out the thermostat was broken and was telling the unit to heat and AC at the same time. I have had them come out two more times since then as my entire unit froze over with two inches of ice. The service people are nice and polite, but their equipment is not very good. All of things happened within 1.5 years of installing new units. I have tried to talk to management but they do not return my emails or call. They said they would send a check to help with the electric bill, but after weeks I haven't gotten it. I suggest you try some place else for better equipment. I know they say they have a two year 100% customer satisfaction, but they don't seem to honor that with how I have been treated.

Did not purchase. In was $5,000 dollars more expensive than another company. Total rip off for rich people or older people. It is unbelievable. They hope you are ignorant. It’s a shame!!!

What a rip off this One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning/One Hour Magic is. Beware of this company! They nickel and dime you to death. I did NOT initially solicit them. I had a new HVAC system installed in my condo by 'A Air Conditioning' March, 2019. Evidently, they were bought out by 'One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning' also see them listed as 'One Hour Magic'. Okay, so I signed a service contract with them, and also signed a contract with the townhouse I have next door that I rent out annually. Both the condo and townhouse were built in 2006. With the condo, every time there was a little debris in my air conditioning while I had guests renting during the season, the system would totally shut off until they came out and flushed the system. Needless to say it cost me a fortune. Now let's talk about the townhouse. The first time they came out they told me that I needed a new system. They installed a new HVAC system there that cost me $7500.00. The installation itself had issues. They had to come back out to remove the **** that looked like cement from the air filter area so we would be able to get to the air filter to change. I wasn't happy about that. This was in June, 2019. Now they came back out in December, 2019 just for the 1 year maintenance that is under warranty. They now tell me that there are spores in the ductwork and it will cost $810.00 if I want to resolve the issue. Well, I really had not choice but to say yes on the spot, and wasn't able to have a second opinion since it was made known to the customer right then and there. I asked him why he was checking the ductwork when he was there to just change the filter and any potential maintenance on the new system. He told me it was part of the maintenance. I then asked him if it is part of the maintenance, why wasn't it made known to me the first time they were out doing maintenance when they had made it known to me that I needed a new system. Didn't have a good reason for that, but said it would have a lifetime warranty. What is happening is every time they come out they want to find another issue so they can nickel and dime me. Well, they will only get me twice, because I told them not to go out and do any maintenance on either system. While it is under warranty and contract, if there is an issue, I will call them. In the meantime, I have found another HVAC contractor that was recommended to me and have called them to initiate a service contract starting next March, 2020, and will NEVER HIRE One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning again. They took advantage of me, but WILL NEVER AGAIN!

It went very well. Their service is prompt, thorough, friendly, honest and very professional. I needed to replace one of my AC/Heating units today. I've dealt with 1 Hour at my previous home, replaced both units there several years ago. Already I have replaced one of my Heat & Air units at my new location last year and have just contracted to have the other unit replaced here next week. The service engineer didn't pressure me to buy a new one but the explained the condition of the unit. I already knew from last year's checkup that it would need replacing but wanted to get one more year before I to a new one. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have had service from One Hour for over three years and have been very pleased with the results. We have had four technicians during that time and they were all outstanding. They do great work, give honest appraisals of our systems, and always arrive when they say they will.

Technician, Zack, showed up on time - that's a big plus. He was very thorough in his inspection, changed 2 return filters for us and added a small amount of coolant to the system. We are pleased with a very thorough inspection, professional attitude from Zack and no attempt to upsell un-needed items. Thank you very much !!!
