There service man was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and event cleaned our dryer vent. We signed up with One Hour as our on call service company and the contract was free to Veterans.

As always, Paul did a terrific job. He replaced the capacitor that was leaking and also did the usual maintenance. We paid for the new capacitor. Marsh Myers

They were on time very professional had the new unit installed in less then 5 hours. Later that day One Hr. sent out another technician to verify the work was done correctly and that the customer was satisfied.

The technician figured out the problem, replaced the connector/contact box plus installed a compressor saver and was finished in record time. He even showed me the damaged part and explained how the new item worked so I could understand it. Good thing he could diagnose the problem because not only could this have led to major problems with much more expensive repairs but it was also a fire hazard.

Chris was professional, very knowledgeable, and personable. He thoroughly checked the wiring of both the air handler and the fuse box and explained what he was doing at every step. Because of my maintenance agreement, I was able to save 50% on the service trip and 30% on the cost of the fuse. I have found One Hour's techs to be well trained and mindful about trying to limit expenses for me.

Everything went well, Techs were very professional, courteous and worked clean. Although their price was higher I decided to go with them because of their years in the business and overall good reviews.

Everything was ok except the capacitor needed replacing due to numbers that could indicate a failure in the near future, which would have stopped the fan from working during a hot spell. This is South Carolina - we have lots of hot spells.

I can’t say enough about this company! They are very knowledgeable and don’t try to over sell you. If you are a military veteran they even started a “Hero Program” that shows their appreciation for our service.... They have never been late and are always prompt... I highly recommend One Hour Heating!!

Quickly diagnosed and solved the problem

Turned out the thermostat was working correctly and shutting down for safety reasons. The technician Chris came out on Mothers Day and found the problem quickly. Explained it in a way I could understand and promptly fixed the condensation tube problem. A fine young man I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Service. The technician was very helpful and courteous answering all my questions and explaining what was done during the service call. I have a service agreement with One Hour. They are very good at calling to remind me that my service is due so I can schedule an appointment. They call when they are on their way. They always come during the scheduled time frame.
