Description of Work: I paid for a Tune Up "Deal" through Angie's List. The service guy came out on time and looked the HVAC. He discovered two things that needed repair. | |#1 was a contact switch and #2 was a damaged wire outside. | |He pulled out a laminated sheet and told me to repair each item would cost $250.00 each. I asked him how or why a 2 foot piece of wire could cost that much? He said that was the price and that both services fell into "Category 2 Services". So because they fell into this category it was the set price. I then asked about the #2 -the contact switch. Again $250.00 to replace this part. I later found out the part was only $18.00 plus tax on the self. I told him I thought the price was a bit high and I would not need his company to repair. | |He was nice and polite with our conversation.

Description of Work: My heat pump was not working. It had a burned out fuse. My tech Alisa took | |alot of time to make sure everything was in the best of working condition | |during her visit. She tuned up my system for its 6 month check up. Alisa | |was the best tech in 4 years I have ever had from 1 hr. I have requested | |her every time I need service or just a routine 6 month check-up.
