Went OK, he said the starting capacitor was about half its stated value. This part was expensive. He suggested another part that could be replaced, but when questioned, didn't have a really good reason to initiate replacement. All in all, I rate the experience as good.

They were prompt and did the job quickly with no problems.

They make sure they check everything, they checked the hot water tanks, they went up in our attic and checked everything up there too, gave us some recommendations for things we like need to do in the future. They were very professional.

It went okay. Nothing special about that.

On both occasions, the service reps called in advance to confirm, arrived on time and were absolutely thorough about the work and answering questions. They indicated I can expect years of good service from this system. Nice touches: the service rep on the first visit took before and after pictures on his cell phone of the HVAC system in the unfinished attic above the garage and emailed them to me. That gave us both a record of the condition of the system at first visit and installation of the UV lamp. The service rep on the second visit spotted a clogged dryer vent and cleaned that out too. I hired One Hour after becoming dissatisfied with my previous HVAC company, and see a world of positive difference with the change.

Ran into difficulties with the unit being too big. Had to cut a metal stud to get unit in. Carpentry work was a little shabby as metal stud from ceiling to unit was not secured where it was cut. Overall, the experience was above average for the area craftsmen.

They were fine. They were on time and did a good job and stayed with the price they quoted.

They completed the service as advertised and as we needed. They arrived on time and they did what we expected them to do. They have a reputation in the area and they don’t up-sale.

The technician did a very good job and explained in detail what needed to be done.

One hour installed the h & a in 1996 when the house was built .They have been the only contractor I have used over the years. They have always provided me with excellent service.Their employees are courteous,professional and always ontime.This last unit was a Fedders and lasted for almost 19 years. I had it replaced with another Fedders. If needed, I will continue to use One Hour Heating & Air in the future.

In the installation of 2013 of new heat and air units I had a problem . Within a month or so something went wrong and alto there was a full warranty on labor and parts they charged me a service fee for fixing their defective part. Included on the new installation i believed the first year would include a one year annual checkup at no charge. None was done. I say I believed this to be true I cannot check as I have never received any paperwork on either installation. I have tried unsuccessfully tried to refute this service call but get constant billing from them. Their pricing was competitive but their customer service is non-existent.3eI am presently out of town and do not have my records to show the cost of installation but the two installations cost just under $11,000.

Everything went very smooth, although we had a couple of glitches that were handled very well due to their excellent customer service.

After consulting a few companies on Angie's List we decided to move on with the Big Deal. The work went well. We are satisfied with the results.

We were very pleased with the person who performed the service. He also explained to us a yearly maintenance plan that would provide 2 full system checks with cleaning and guaranteed we would receive needed emergency service for any problems within a very short period of time. Since we are new to the south, we decided to take advantage of this plan at a very attractive rate. I didn't list a price because after signing up for the yearly service, the visit became our first service call which is fine with me.

I called One Hour Heating & A/C to schedule an appointment for their diagnostic service on a month old home. It was listed on Angie's List for $49 but Holly was trying to sell it to us for $99. She finally gave us the $49 price but told us not to go through Angie's List to get the offer. After speaking to her for 30 minutes about ALL of their maintenance plans, she told us if we used them to do this diagnostic service our warranty might be voided. We mentioned that if we used the maintenance plan she tried to sell us, why would that not void our warranty? She had no answer. We finally decided not to use this company as it seemed they were not knowledgeable about their services or product. It should be noted that we have used Angie's List for several other services with excellent results.

We received a call from our tenant that the AC had stopped working. To make matters worse, they had guests. One Hour was very responsive; they completed the service call on the same day. The repair entailed melting an inch of ice from around the unit while vacuuming the melting water continuously. Our tenants were very pleased by their professionalism and punctuality. As owners, we were pleased that they prevented any water dripping on to our downstairs neighbors' condo unit. In addition, they completed the routine maintenance on both the heating and AC units during the same visit. (We just signed an annual maintenance contract with them.) One Hour were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

They were very professional. They gave me a 10 year warrenty that covers parts and labor. The installer didn't hook it up on the 3 phase setting it had been on previously and it burned up the pump motor. They came right back out and fixed it, I think it was a Sunday even. I signed a contract with them for service calls every 6 months.

I was very happy with my experience - he was very professional and up-front with what is needed. I have an archaic HVAC/AC system that's on the verge of death and he was still willing to do as much as he could. My appointment was supposed to be between 9-11am. He called at 7:50am saying he was on his way over - when I expressed surprise that he was coming already he offered to wait until 9am before showing up which I greatly appreciated. He also made recommendations, once my system does die, what all will be needed, approximately how much it will cost of my home warranty doesn't cover it, etc.

Replaced entire heating element instead of just the small part that was needed. Also would not give me a itemized statement showing the services rendered and parts used along with the cost. Replacing the entire healting element instead of just the part that was necessary is a scam. I requested Air Experts Heating & Air-Conditioning first because of their rating and reviews but was turned over to One-Hour Heating and Air-Conditioning instead. What's the use picking a good rated provider when they switch you over to someone else?

The job went great. The techs. Arrived on time just as they said. They explained what they were going to do and estimated about how long it would take. The attic entrance was in a spare bedroom so they put down cloths to protects carpets. They completed the job and removed all the old parts. Everything was picked up and the room left in order. I was very satisfied with there work and would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and courteous.

They are fantastic. They are an excellent company to deal with i highly recommend them. He notified me that it was an older unit and there were some problems with it, it was 14 or 15 years old and i had never had service with it. He has been open and hnest with me, he seems very personable when he is talking to me on the phone.

Air conditioner was working fine before the "Tune-Up" Afterward there was a leak from the unit that got down to and flooded the kitchen. This caused a slippery tile floor on which my wife slipped, struck her head on the door jamb and banged her knee bad enough to cause a severe contusion. Technician returned and fixed the leak, returned our money and One Hour offered a year plan for tune-up and other items. We did not get an itemized list of what services were performed or needed to be performed. In fact, no one even entered the home to check the air filter which was supposed to be checked and replaced if necessary.

The service was good and addressed questions we had about the system.
