Description of Work: Air Experts installed a large Carrier air conditioner at my home last year. They were very professional, very prompt, very pleasant and I have had no problems with this unit. I am able to maintain my house on a cooler or warmer basis as needed and yet receive a lower monthly electric bill. My gas bill is the same or less. The entire staff has been very pleasant and always accommodating to me on an ongoing basis. They suggested that I keep the concrete pad and use it under my storage container or my lawn mower. I did not have to clean up after them either. (AND during one of the periodic check ups, the service person even put the rat bait under the house for me bc he saw that it was so very difficult for me to bend to get the product under the house.I am a very particular person and I would use this company again. I intend to continue to use them for seasonal service. This is one company that a person will NOT have to worry or wonder about!

Description of Work: Service was performed as scheduled. Nice to see people show up as scheduled. I was surprised to see the freon cost as much as it did. That was a shocker.

They came and worked for 2 hours on Monday, and then returned the next day with another technician for another 2 hours, reworking some intricate wiring that a previous outfit had done improperly. I cannot say enough good things about Air Experts!

Description of Work: I used One Hour Heating & Cooling for heating and A/C services. We have a contract with them, and they come out twice a year to clean it.

Description of Work: AC was not cooling as well as it should had to replace compassor switch, tech explained all work and gave price before starting, was very professional. Very pleased AC is working great now. Will use this company again.
