Value,Value, Value. I never ask to buy the cheapest shoes in the store and I certainly would not want the cheapest contractor for an expensive investment like a heating system. Instead, I want value for my money,and that is what I received when I bought their product and their service. Competitive price, knowledgeable employees, courteous installers, and salesman, on time every time, and total complete installation with directions on use and care of the new system. Very refreshing to have such good people come into my home and care about my belongings and my time.

Excellent, Top Rate people and company I would recommend them to anyone. I am enjoying my new system my electric bill went from 300.00 dollars to 84.00 dollars. The sales person said I would see a drastic decrease in my electric bill and he was right.

I'm not sure what the going rate is for routine service, but the check list of items inspected, cleaned and service was very thorough, and I am a big fan of service contracts that provide for discounted service twice a year, as well as a discount on parts and labor for customers under contract. The technician did a great job, and recommended a free evaluation of the existing system to further diagnose our problem. The technician who came out to perform the evaluation of the existing system explained the problem and offered a sensible and reasonably priced solution. The receptionist/office manager was very courteous, genuine and knowledgeable. Her attitude and attention to detail are a great asset to this company, which is really located in Mt Pleasant, as well as Myrtle Beach.

The young lady that answered the phone is why I chose to have them come out! She seemed ultimately concerned with our issues and went above and beyond to ensure that we would have service that day! Christopher was knowledgeable and had all the answers we needed to hear! We were up and running that day! All around great customer service! Thanks to your team!

The people that worked on my unit were very respectful and clean. The job took much longer than originally planned and the guys were more than happy to stay and help. Very great customer service!I would recommend them always.

We had 2 heat pumps replaced by them. They now have an office in the Charleston area and we agree with all the other reviews as they were professional, knowledgeable, polite and honest. We suggested duct cleaning at an extra cost, but they told us it wasn't necessary. Also, a relative used them in the past, and the follow-up service was very good, too.
