Required follow up got confused and wss delayed.

Selected One Hour after receiving 4 quotes to replace my a/c system which had stopped working. The team showed up the next day and worked until 9 pm getting the system installed, which is working great. They delivered what they said when they were going to do it, and customer service checked in to make sure all went well. Overall, as good an experience as possible.

We couldnâ t be more pleased with this company. We had several problems going on with the HVAC in the house we just bought. We had 4 companies come out to address and to work up quotes. One Hour really impressed us with their solutions and with how soon they could install, which was the next morning. Others were 2 weeks. Every person we dealt with was very pleasant and professional.

Carlos and Miami were very professional! I would definitely recommend this company. I had a new AC unit installed with them and I had response in 24 hours and new AC.

Very easy to set up the replacement of two units. The crew worked efficiently, quietly installing the units which are running quietly and effectively. Such a good experience in the heat of summer when our system went down.

On time, installed equipment exactly where I wanted it, and cleaned up at job conclusion. Minisplit works great for our sunroom. Great price. I don't think I could have bought the unit and installed it myself for what they charged. Bailey was great to work with.

I had two other companies try to sell me a system for the cost of 4500.00 and above. One hour heating and air installed a device that cost $160 preventing the problem I was have Mt from occurring again. They too can sell me a new system however the system still works and did not need replacing..

We are very satisfied with this company and the staff. This was the ONLY company whose "comfort specialist" Ed did a thorough inspection and measurements of our home to calculate our needs and size unit required, Installers were courteous and highly informative answering all our questions. Also, this was the ONLY company to recommend and install hurricane straps on our unit.

Excellent, prompt service from presales through installation. The two installers were absolutely the best! Highly recommend!

At present, I have only contracted for the replacement of 2 heat pumps and an ERV. All my interactions with One Hour Heating and Airâ  s Advisor, Todd Jones, weâ  re top notch. He did a thorough assessment of our H&A needs, was very knowledgeable, and he clearly was focused on meeting my needs and desires. I thought his proposed systems were perfect for me. The price seemed very reasonable considering the components being installed. I am optimistic I will be similarly satisfied after the actual install occurs. (This form required that I rate Work Quality before submission. So Iâ ve done that in advance.)
