Myrtle Beach's One Hour Heating & Air

1st met One Hour in Charleston for Son's service. We called for our home and received detailed report from Jeff. when time to purchase Jeff & Michelle helped us and scheduled next day. Brian, Zack, Ivan worked miracles to correct the previous install that was a mess. The company as a whole was wonderful to us to ensure this unit would be installed correctly so we could be warm, cool, and have peace of mind. We're very grateful to have met Shaun who made the best 1st impression for us to call the company. And best yet the appreciate their Veterans with a ZERO Hero's Service Plan. Thank you all.

They were very honest and professional

The entire process, from the estimate to the completed installation, went very well. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was well below that of the competition.

They have the best people. Rick is a great tech. He kept our old unit running well. When the unit finally died (leaking old freon $$$) we called Rick. He got us a great price and the install was done the following day. AWESOME!! Excellent customer service, froim the nice ladies in the office to the techs, all have been great.

The value is simply not there. There is no way that my ductwork was completely cleaned especially the trunk line.

One Hour and their tech Rick are incredible! They have earned my commitment as a customer. Our Ocean Isle Beach house heat pump had been used very little but was out of warranty when it developed a Freon leak. Two different reputable local HVAC companies thoroughly examined the system, and both said that I needed the unit replaced (at considerable expense). I contacted One Hour, and Rick promptly responded. He advised that I should be able to get a lot more life out of it, and doggedly worked on finding the leak. Using his long years of experience, he checked areas that were likely to have leaks but difficult to discover. HE FOUND IT! Rick also serviced the system, and placed us in their Heroes Program which gave me an immediate discount; free routine inspections; discounts on future work; and more. I live in Charlotte, and handled everything with One Hour by phone which was a huge convenience. I only write reviews if a company is really bad or really good. You obviously know which category One Hour is on my list.

The work went well. The technician was very professional and on time. He also suggested a better way to address my issue, and the duct did not have to be moved. Good company to deal with.

High quality company.

It took them 2 days to do a 1 hour project and in the process , broke my gas exhaust pipe,that carries out carbon monoxide ,didn't report it and I had a carbon monoxide leak in my exhaust fan. A large hole, for months then they denied the damage and refused to ,repair it. The company that repaired it stated it was obvious that 1 of the original guys fell over the exhaust fan and dislodged it. 1 hour continued to deny any wrong doing and I had to pay for repairs. Beware!!!!!!!

I like the duct cleaning and seal protection. The wifi thermostats are great. The sales rep and installation techs were great. So far, everything is running and at or above expectations. One Hour Heating and Air sets the bar high for their competition to try to match.

I was so impressed with Tom, our salesman, who was honest, genuine and forthcoming in all our choices. I can't say enough about how happy we are with their dependability and ease in choosing this major purchase which they seem to make affordable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I was pleased to learn i did not have to replace my Central AC. The AC was repaired and working great thanks to the knowledgeable HVAC representative.
