ARS / Rescue Rooter in Myrtle Beach

The one downstairs unit work perfectly. One unit upstairs works fine which is above the garage. The bedroom upstairs unit does not cool. I have had them come out several times to fix the issue and they still can't get it right. This has been going on since June. I have given them every opportunity to fix the issue.

Everything was great. They were on time and were very professional in their work. Would recommend then highly.

My experience with ARS / Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach was fine. As soon as I called, they sent somebody out the next day. They were prompt.

I did use them. They did a good job, but they never finished the toilet in our Guest bedroom bathroom. We never heard from them.again. I thought they were good, but then my opinion changed. I was frustrated that they never finished the job properly. I would not use their services again.

As per contract, company representative visited my house 3 times for check of A/C unit. All three times, a different representative came to do inspection which isn't problem. The problem lies in the fact that all 3 times, I was told that the unit would require major work/overall costing from $1000.00 to $3500.00. I felt like I was being played so I had another service company check my system which resulted in my unit needing some work eventually but not at the cost ARS quoted me.

I did not realize it, but had used this company in the past as they still had me in their system. I will lay out the situation for you so you can understand the situation/stress level. We had a scare with my husband's health. He had spent the night in the E.R. And was being released from the hospital Wednesday afternoon. Another family member started meds for colonoscopy Wednesday morning. My toilets were backing up into bathtub and overflowing. I got a hold of ARS late in the day Wednesday. They agreed to come right out and discuss job and give the price before doing. The tech was snaking the pipes when I arrived home from work. He was very pleasant and patient in explaining everything. He accomplished the job and followed up with a free camera scoping of pipes and recommendations.

They came fairly quickly and came when they said they would. This company got my job done and I was very satisfied with them. I thought their price was very reasonable.

Discovered my problem and repaired it immedately. Spoke about service contract for HEAT7 AC; was interested and someone called to set up call.

By far the best plumbers I have come across in the area and that says a lot considering I have lived in Myrtle Beach since 2003.

They are wonderful, professional people and I highly recommend them to everyone that I talk to about their services.

I had one of my toilets not flushing properly and called the company to evaluate/repair the problem. The company was tied up on emergency calls when I called and I told them that any time in the next few days would be fine. They showed up early the following morning and began evaluating the problem. The were certain that there must be something flushed down the toilet and clogging the water flow on flushing. Sure enough, after considerable attempts, a toy was retrieved from deep within the flush pipe. It was no easy task grasping and removing the toy. I personally had never experienced such a problem. But they came through and as far as I am concerned, earned their fee. You gotta love renters!! I have used the services of this company several times over the years and they are very good at plumbing. They are competively priced, slightly to the higher end, but they have impressed me with their professionalism and persitence.

We had friends staying at our condo and we live out of state. We got a call that bathtub was not draining. We called and they said there would be a minimum charge of 65$. I asked if I could use coupon and they said it needed to be presented when serviceman came. I told them that we lived out of state and were the owners. They said it couldn't be used. Serviceman called me to ask permission to do service and said it would be 222$. I gave permission because it needed to be done promptly and I already owed 65$ for the visit. We had given our credit card which was charged the amount indicated, however we never rcv'd a copy of the bill of what exactly was done. Will not use these people again. Service technician was reported as polite, and professional, but price seemed exorbitant.

ARS is wonderful. I also use them in Virginia. Jason, was an excellent salesman. He gave me an excellent rate. He was very nice and professional. I was stressed out and they helped me get through it. They had great workmanship; I was satisfied.

He also suggested replacement hoses on the washing machine. I knew they had been on for about 12 years, so I quickly agreed and he replaced them in a few minutes at a reasonable price (with much better hoses - stainless steel.)

They do a very good job. They always call you ahead of time and let you know when they will be there.

Tim Brown was excellent. Great price. Work done at a speedy pace. Call if you have ANY problems and they will repair it!
