They came out promptly. The toilet still had problems so they came back out. They couldn't get it fixed since it's such an old toilet, so they wound up giving me a refund. They were extremely nice and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy.

technician spent approx. 40 minutes on site. 15 minutes doing his job, 25 min. looking at his I-phone or in his truck. The checklist of maint. procedures on the receipt that I signed had things checked off that he did not perform. I called office and told them and they said that they would schedule another tune up if I liked. Got a call from the dispatcher at approx. 5:30 the day of the second scheduled appt. saying that the tech. was running late due to an emergency and would be late (scheduled appt. time was after noon). Another scheduled appt. was for a week from that day in the AM ! This tech was great. As originally suspected this tech performed many more req"d tasks and was surprised when I told him that the original tech didn't perform half the tasks he did!

David S. was very professional, explaining the work he would be doing, the price, and discussing the possible options for fixing the shower fittings to meet my needs.

Brought the new water set it up and set up the new filtration system.removed the old ones and also set up new toilets.it took most Of the day. After he left a noticed a tiny leak by my toilet.I called them and they sent the plumber on call to fix the leak.Did a good Job was very professional explained everything. The first plumber went through the whole house and explained what he Was doing too. He also explained the options that I could have done like replace parts but I opted for a whole new water heater. The old one was rusty on inside and almost 10 years old.So I got the new one.the toilets I had were low and he said he could replace the parts on that to,but I wanted the senior friendly higher seats.Even though I had a minor leak I was very pleased with the servicemen.

It went great. The service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I plan to use them in the future.

Contacted through Home Depot. Sales rep was helpful and prompt and I received what I believe to be a very competitive price. Followup after installation by senior tech was nice. Installation crew got the job done but they were not up to what I would consider excellent. System is working fine which is the most important thing.

Every think A-OK. Recommended because if allergies we get electrostatic filter but didn't 't push. Found inspection to be very thorough and technician very professional. Will definitely use again when time for new inspection or if repairs to system ever needed.

Service was great....did a good job. Thought it was a little pricey just to install a faucet, but wanted to make sure it was done right. Remembered we had used them in the past to replace water heater.

They gave us an appointment window from 12-3. They called at 3 and said they could be there by 5. They called at 5:30 and said they couldn’t come. We rescheduled for another day and said they would be there from 12-3. Again, they called at 3 and said they would be there soon, they did not show up until 3:45- but by then we had to leave for another appointment and just cancelled.

Ryan did a great job. Was very professional and courteous, made good recommendations for possible improvements, but did not attempt to pressure or over-sell. I will use ARS for all future plumbing needs.

The company was extremely responsive and the representative who did the work was professional and thorough. I will use this company for my plumbing needs. He did a great job and pointed out what I need to do to maintain the system. We will definitely use the company again.

it could not have been a better experience

It turned out really well with ARS / Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach - 9055. There wasn't any worst part. He was very professional, very quick and did his job. He told us that we can wait and get the parts from Mullen but it was just a small part and we just needed it fixed so he went ahead and did it. Isent him an email and it was on a weekend and he was there Monday morning early, around eight o'clock. He was very reasonable. We've used the company before, we knew they were really good.

They were punctual and professional, very through and informative. Water heater needed thermostat's replaced and new heating elements. The repairs were done on the spot and we are extreamly pleased.

At first the plumber said that because it was a frost proof faucet that the only way to repair it is to cut a hole in the family room wall to access the problem. I was not going to go thru that. He called his boss who told him it should be able to be fixed from outside which he did. I was taking advantage of the $100 worth of plumbing for $50 offered on Angie's List. We are happy with the results.

The tech did provided excellent service for my new home. Even suggested additional tips to further reduce the cost of HVAC.

His expertise was very much appreciated. Overall rating was good. Workers were friendly and acted very professional.

fixed a minor short in a heat pump system tech installed about two years ago and i have service contract with them. testing for problem $49 and the balance was to fix they said a minor short that is after they said they gave me two discounts. i think this was high and i am not sure i will use them later

Work was well done, but seemed very overpriced.

I called and explained I needed a water/sewer hooked up to a home we had moved to the NMB area recently. I made an appointment for the next day and explained to the call taker that we lived approximately an hour away and made the time in the afternoon so we could insure we would be there. Day One - no call, no visit...NOTHING. So I called back the (this is day 3) and told the call taker (another girl this time) that we had not received a visit or even a call, at that time she make an appointment for the next day (day 4) for 3pm. I was at the home before three and to shorten this up - the technician showed up at 6:00pm. I have to say the technician (Jason) was very professional, and seemed to knowledgeable and that is the reason for the D on "Professionalism" but he did not give me an estimate just talked a good game and said they have a roundtable meeting every morning and he would get back to me after that. There was also some discussion on our needing a heating/air unit and said they had someone they worked with and that would be discussed at the meeting the next morning as well. I'm still waiting for the call and/or follow up ...TWO WEEKS LATER! I really trusted Angie's List for good and honest reviews of local providers maybe I'm just the unlucky one but I will NEVER use them again! EVER...

Gentlemen (1 trainee) were professional, clean, prompt and courteous, but I almost had a stroke when the bill was presented to me. This is the third time I had to have that drain snaked because the clown who constructed my home, never vented the drain that keeps clogging. The first plumber (can't remember who) was at a cost of $63.00, but took the clogged water and threw it in my back yard and it smelled like raw sewage. The second plumber (Waterway Plumbing) performed the same exact work as the first plumber and also threw the smelly and I'm sure bacterial water in my back yard at a cost of $83.00. This plumber took the horrid water with them, but the cost was astronomical. The irony is my two water tanks in my attic both broke simultaneously this weekend and I had them replaced today (10/14/2013). I was so pleased with their work (Bullard Plumbing) that they became my all time plumbers and are going to replace my kitchen sink, garbage disposal and water taps (going with nickel plated sink and have white tap so replacement necessary).

They were available and were here when they said they would be.

The technician found while doing the routine maintenance that the capacitor was not working correctly and replaced it. The service cost me well over the original $57 but he was able to discount the job. We were please with the work.

I ran to Lowes home center and bought a 50 gal GE water heater for $300 and paid another company $200 to pick up the water heater from store and install it.
