I had a 911 late Saturday, service tech (David) didn't hesitate came out even though he was overvan hour alway and it would be would be after 9pm when he arrives. He was very courteous over the phone and when he arrived was very friendly and professional, extremely knowledgeable about the install. Took his time to explain what and why he was installing the equipment the way he was. Made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Very happy with service.

Great experience! I've had some really bad experiences with plumbing companies in the past. Cecil was friendly, honest, and a hardworking young gentleman. My mom was really pleased with his manors, performing the job quickly, and exceeded her expectations. You have earned all my future business.

Rescue Rooter contacted me and a Customer Service Relations manager explained to me about the different products they offer. The quote I received from the technician was for a product, which, its cost average much higher than a mid-size equipment that was needed for my property. They were able to rectify the mistake. I will definitely use them in the future.

We had some initial miscommunications that led to a bit of dissatisfaction. However, the manager came to our home, and we resolved everything. He made a price adjustment, too, and we were satisfied with that. The service man fixed the toilet to our satisfaction. However, the shower still has a problem. Because we are out of town, we will have to wait for the shower repair. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company. I acknowledged my part in the miscommunication, and the manager acknowledged the company's part. There was absolutely no hesitantcy to make things right. Sorry I'm not sure of the dates or the price. Just too much going on. . . .

Plumber was on time, very professional, performed very thorough inspection. Remedied a slow drain by removing a hairband from it. Recommended we replace a tub faucet and shower head, gave quote for same.

Very smooth visit. Started with a plumbing inspection of the whole house. Great communication. Very good recommendations. Jeremy was terrific. Took his time. Highly recommended. Very professional. Hot water heater replaced with 6 year warranty model. Just moved here from Texas where had similar service done about 20% cheaper with another major retail outfit. Prices for toilet repairs and faucet repairs are very high. I liked the company and would use them again. Just have to be aware they are a bit more expensive, but did the job right and quoted a price that included sales tax. I thought it was a fair offer for Myrtle Beach which has been a little more expensive for contractor services due to being a tourist area. I would overall highly recommend them.

He did a good job. He came in. He was thorough and he cleaned up after himself. It was good. There were no other cost. It took long for them to actually do it. I was on site. It took them a couple of hours -- longer than I thought. There were no issues. They were very responsive.

The service for the big deal from ARS - Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach for the big deal of 49 dollars for a 100 dollar repairing credit was fine. My husband took care of it. My experience with them was fine. They came and they fixed it and they left, everything was fine. The price was good, everything was good. The quality was fine.

Very nice but very expensive. Quoted me $372 to replace my bathroom faucet....no way. I went to Lowes bought the best faucet they had, a Moen, on sale for $89 and installed it myself. I am a 60 year old women and did not have a clue about this but knew I could not pay $372. The job took me less than 15 minutes to complete...really $372!!!

He was fast, efficient, and personable. One plumber came out.

I'm happy with the work. They grossly over charged me for it. I found out that I could have had the same thing done and installed for 800 to a 1000 dollars less than what I did pay for the service but it was after the fact. They are professional. They do good work. I didn't do my homework.

Dave the service man was very nice,professional and efficient. He gave us pointers on shutting off the water for next year.

Great. Existing toilet needed new flapper but ended up being something I couldn't do myself since it was part of the tank. Tank would have to be replaced and I may still have a problem in the future. After pricing out the cost to fix the existing toilet and a brand new one, I decided to go with a new toilet with "normal" tank assembly. Mike, the tech, was on time, professional and cleaned up after the installation.

They went above and beyond on the work. They are the best of the best. They show up when they say or they will call and come early. The workers, Gary and Wendell, are wonderful. They worked really hard. They were here for a full two days. I would trust them for fixing anything inside my home. The office staff is wonderful.

Service was prompt and courteous. Repairman was knowledgable, and helpful. Excellent service.

ARS technician Cecil was a wonderful representative for his company. His professionalism and knowledge was invaluable. ARS level of communication with the client was outstanding..from initial purchase through completion of job.

Waited for hours for them to show up. AFter showing up and telling him that two sinks were draining slow. He worked on them for four hours before telling me the stoppers were just worn out. I had bought a $49.00 voucher for $100 towards service and he still charged me another $300 dollars in addition. The plumber told me their stoppers were $211 each. My husband called the company and they told him other work was performed which was not true and not on my receipt. I would NEVER use this company again and NEVER will recommend them to anyone.

The job went smoothly. The ARS gentleman wore shoe covers and cleaned up the shower area when he had completed the job. He cautioned that the beads of silicone that he'd inserted should be given a minimum of 8 hours to fully cure and recommended that the master bath shower not be used until the following day. All in all, I was fully pleased with the service provided.

So far everything is good. They call in advance and send an email with a picture of the technician who will be coming out, so that I know who is coming to my door. They have been really good so far.

They did some work on one of my rental properties.

He said the fuse blew and he replaced that for us. I asked him some questions and he said he took care of it. The job was under warranty and there as a tricky issue with the circuit board. They came back out and they checked and ran tests, they were very thorough. Since they have come out we have not any troubles. We have been using them for house services, for years. We are very happy with them and will continue using them; I would not call anyone else. I trust them and this company gave us a 10 year warranty on the product.

They installed a wall mounted AC system that has an external compressor, it sits on our garage. It is small and it's high up. In terms of performing it was done really well, except how we had our furniture arranged. We had a futon against the wall that sat under the unit and it started dripping on the floor. We didn’t spot this until we noticed there was a puddle, as a result there was floor damage. Someone came out twice to fix the leak. We actually just heard back from ARS and they said they will cover the floor repairs. We have been really pleased with this company and I would give them an A-.

.I was out of town and could not verify the work. I used the service call on angies list $39. He charged me another $109 to do the work. I do not know what the $39 was supposed to cover. It seems to have been a simple fix. I feel I was over charged.
