Description of Work: Technician Al performed a maintenance check on my air conditioner. He replaced the filter (we supplied the filter) and checked the system and the thermostat. He also checked the outside unit and cleaned all the debris from around the unit. We had a coupon for $59 and it was worth it. He did a very good job.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink drain was clogged with grease. Drain was snaked. They are expensive and when u have an emergency you don't really have time to call around. I knew of them from TV advertising. So now I have had time to research and will most likely give someone else a try.
