Description of Work: I paid $49 for them to come out. I was to get $100 worth of services for that. They quoted me about $550 ($450 after $100 taken off) I had the service performed by another plumber for around $350. They offer free quote in ads so I guess the $49 is a way of charging for a quote. Over priced.

Description of Work: My toilet was leaking. As it turns out, the seal between the toilet and the floor was compromised. The representative was courteous and clearly explained exactly what was to be done and why. I agreed to the price and he did the work promptly and professionally. Since then, my floor is nice and dry and I couldn't be more pleased with the work.

Description of Work: 1. Cleaned out sewer line near the connection to sewer main. ARS Could not find second clean out. |2. ARS followed up next day with a camera inspection of the sewer line where it connects to the main sewer. The camera screen was very dark I could barely see anything on the screen. I was quoted $1250 to "FIX" the connection. I called Grand Strand Sewer. They put a camera down the sewer to check the line. Their camera viewer was clear and could not see any problem with the line. Questionable sales/marketing on the part of ARS. |
