Description of Work: It took 3 trips for someone to come and price my services and still didn't get the work done. They over priced me. I could have gotten all new plumbing for their price. I got it done by someone else for 1/4 of the price.

Description of Work: Complete replacement of our HVAC System and reengineer all of the duct work installed previously by the builder. Also installed a damper system that allows a downstairs zone and upstairs zone with a single heat pump. The service Technicians were exceptional, prompt and courteous. They worked for two days in the sweltering attic heat and never complained. Our home is now very comfortable as a result of the new heat pump and air exchanger couple with the dual zone dampers. ARS is an exceptional company who really goes overboard with high quality service and components and their exceptional people.

Description of Work: They found a bad capacitor on my compressor motor. A $20 part at most - charged me $270. Their service is great but they are quite expensive. EDIT One of the capacitors on the compressor motor failed. Tech replaced it at a cost of $300 + $50 service call (I had a discount coupon from Angies list). I am a Ham radio operator and I know the capacitor cost less then $10. I was happy to have my A/C back on line but I hated feeling gouged for parts cost.

Description of Work: The provider did several plumbing jobs for me. I had two toilet repairs and the cleaning of the drain from a bathtub. I also need a new tub spout. Jason was excellent--very professional, courteous and informative. I"m writing all of this here because this form will not allow me to jump to the next box!

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for my granddaughter for $49 service call plus $100 toward repair costs. The commode was leaking. The company responded quickly. The technician said the commode needed a toilet rebuild for $299 or a new commode for nearly $600. I told them I would buy a commode from Lowes and he said it would be $85 to install a new one (plus the $100 repair credit).After I bought a new commode they came back and installed the new one but the cost escalated to $241.71 for the installation. So it cost me $291.71 (plus the $100 repair credit) for installation of a new commode. Unfortunately, this was the second time in a four month period that this happened with this company. In February 2015 I purchased the same deal for my daughter at another location. Again, leaky commode. Received the same diagnosis; either a toilet rebuild for $199 (plus $100 repair credit, or new commode which they would charge well over $500. I went ahead with the toilet rebuild, so the leaky commode cost me $248 which included the $100 repair credit. I probably wouldn't have thought anything was wrong if the same thing had not happened twice. I will not use this company again.
