It went pretty good. They were a little expensive; otherwise they were very professional.

It has turned out fine. They are on time and do a good job.

I was told that my primary condensation drain was not working and that to prevent overflow a EZ-trap should be installed. Trap was installed and primary condensation drain is still clogged (not working).

Tim Brown came in and found what four other plumbing companies could not find. He went right to the spot, replaced the pipes which were clogged and kept checking each bathroom until everything was running smoothly. FOr the first time, in four years, all drains in all bathrooms are working!

I liked their prompt service. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

One of the things I liked about them is that they're always available. They get out to you very quickly. The actual work was good. It turned into a little more than I planned, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

It went very well and he told me some added information about the condo itself and other problems with my unit which may lead me to sell it.

Excellent experience for such a disasterous event. We traveled from Kansars City to our r vacation condo and arrived at midnight to find a soggy carpet in the closet where the hot water heater is located. My husband turned off the water shut off value and contacted ARS Rescue Rooter. The customer service rep that took the information was very courteous and a technician returned our call within 30 minutes letting us know that he was on the way. Unfortunately the hot water heater needed to be replaced and my husband learned that he broke the water shut off value when he turned it so that had to be replaced too. As this condo is located in a 3 story building with 12 other units, there was a fear of flooding the units below. The technician, David, spent almost 4 hours through the night completing all of the work to include turning off the water to the entire building for a period of time and installing the new water heater and new shut off valve. It was a costly, unexpected repair for us but the price was fair and the service experience was outstanding....especially considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend this company and many thanks to David who rescued us in the middle of the night,

Called ARS to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. Technician was on time, neat, professional, fixed my leak and also provided a complete home plumbing inspection for free.

What stands out about them is their professionalism. I think that their technicians are highly trained. The drawback is that their technicians are trained for high pressure sales and you have to be careful. You may think that you are dealing with a technician who is going to give you an unbiased opinion but that is not true. They are always trying to bait and switch and that is the thing I don't like and you have to get around that. They are always trying to sell you something else and that is the thing I don't like about them. They offer good quality but you just have to be cognizant of their ability to try and sell you something else. They gave me a good price and that is why I chose them.

Ended up using yellow pages in Brunswick County, North Carolina and just calling a plumber there who was not on Angies List. Cost me close to $200 for job that should have cost about $100.

I called ARS to fix my plumbing under my kitchen sink which was leaking. The technician was on time, professional and quoted me the price before he started the work. He also gave me a plumbing inspection for free (Usually a $19.95 charge). He pointed out a few minor problems and left a quote with me so when I have the money available I know what the charges will be. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the fair price, the professionalism of the company and the reasonable quotes for some minor things that need attention in the future. Very happy customer.
