I was given great advice and all of the challenges were clearly explained in terms of moving an outlet and what the pattern options could be. Lots of great suggestions were provided and help transporting materials was done free of charge as a favor. I received the very best of help at all steps of the process. The work was done quickly and alongside other jobs and I was impressed with the coordination and care put into the project. Everything was double checked and checked again to make sure the work was done properly and matched my request. Alyssa Flooring helped us out with a perfect selection and install of a granite kitchen countertop for one of our condos on the 3rd floor. My wife and I operate short term rentals and need to have a very strong presentation appeal. I really needed quality work done at a fair price and Klaus and his team delivered like true professionals. We struggled to figure out the right material and design on our own. Once Klaus connected us with his granite source everything started moving forward and with their help found a slab better than we could have hoped for. The price was beyond reasonable and Klaus made sure we got the very best deal in the area. The job was scheduled faster than any other shop I've worked with. The granite cuts were perfect, they delivered as promised which was 7 weeks sooner than any other shop in the area. He personally inspected the work and you could tell that the installers were top notch, taking time to check every aspect of the install and fixing any minor detail that was out of place. The best flooring installation I've had done. I've owned over 50 properties and had plenty of flooring work done over the years. Klaus and his team were by far the best quality and were also extremely cost effective because Klaus hunted for the very best price for materials. He saved us lots of money by allowing us to purchase from the source using contractor pricing. He relentlessly pushed vendors for better pricing and protected my investment. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail, care for my budget, honesty, clear communication, and explanation of the tasks performed and what to expect. His team were extremely polite, professional and hard working. The work was done extraordinarily fast and with the highest level of quality. I saw all of the work first hand during each phase, they nailed a 12 hour work day to finish ahead of schedule which helped me out tremendously. The project went so smooth I am still in shock. No big issues at all, and as with all projects some small stuff will always happen. All small issues were immediately handled and resolved. I believe that Klaus is a natural problem solver and demonstrated it throughout all the challenges we threw at him and the team. He basically solved all of our major design selections and issues within 24 hours. He showed up on site to help us with purchasing and provided solid suggestions and solutions to help us navigate a multitude of hurdles. Normally, this would take at least 2-3 weeks to figure out what to do. Klaus answered all of our questions with a positive and supportive demeanor. I appreciated that he was trying to save us money at every turn and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars in time, labor and materials. Every promise was fulfilled without any pressure. His team accommodated for my family who have been traveling with me and staying in the units we are having work done on, so we had to be in the way at times selling furniture and moving stuff.
