Our experience with Klaus and his team was top-notch from the beginning! After researching Pros on Angi, I decided to reach out to Alyssa Flooring for some pricing on our flooring project. The communication and then installation was extremely smooth and done so well. We had an additional plumbing project that the team was able to tackle a few weeks later and we are looking to utilize Alyssa flooring again soon for our next project! Highly recommend.

This company was fabulous to work with! I went through this app looking for an estimate to have carpet removed and flooring installed that I was purchasing. He messaged me within a few minutes on a Sunday, came Monday for estimate and did the job Tuesday morning at 8am. They were very professional and Klaus answered all of our questions and explained the process. They were very fast and didn't waste any materials, even caulked the shoemolding. I will definitely use this company to finish the rest of my rooms.

He picked up my flooring I ordered, hauled away things from the room and even caulked the shoemolding. No dirt left behind and didn't waste any flooring. Great team to work with. Refreshing to work with a Myrtle Beach contractor who actually calls back and shows up on time to do the work. Klaus and Gabriel removed some glued down engineered hardwood flooring and replaced it with new LVP. They did a great job and completed the project on time. From the moment that I met Klaus I had a pretty good idea how the man works just by the way, he was talking. He was very professional, knowledgeable and great customer service skills.. He knows his business, his staff is amazing and I like the fact that Klaus from Alyssa Flooring doesn’t just show up to the site and give orders then leaves like most. He actually comes back 2 to 3 times checking up on the guys not that he has to because he wants to, he brings him food and drinks. You can tell a lot by a boss on how he treats their employees. So let’s some in the shop and make it very simple. He is a good boss. He has amazing guys working for him that are very honest and they really know that doing. His staff is very professional because I’m sure he installs that in them. Honestly, I just can’t say enough good about this company and his pricing by far was better than the rest of the flooring companies. I have to say that the floors look fantastic not that I expect anything less to be honest just by the way, he was talking. My rooms look so much bigger, my staircase looks amazing, I’m definitely gonna make my money back on this small investment into this house. I can’t say enough good about ALYSSA FLOORING. I will hire them again in a heartbeat, and they are very trustworthy. I left my house for a few hours with his two guys and I didn’t even think twice because ages felt I could trust them and that’s important especially when you have people working in your home going in and out with a bunch of stuff that you can’t even keep up. I !! really hope this helps you make an informed decision. But do what I did get two prices and then call him and I guarantee you he’ll beat it and I have a job over 10 times better!! Klaus and his team created and installed an incredible wainscot that upgraded our short rental unit to an elite status. I was given great advice and all of the challenges were clearly explained in terms of moving an outlet and what the pattern options could be. Lots of great suggestions were provided and help transporting materials was done free of charge as a favor. I received the very best of help at all steps of the process. The work was done quickly and alongside other jobs and I was impressed with the coordination and care put into the project. Everything was double checked and checked again to make sure the work was done properly and matched my request. Extremely friendly and professional carpentry work completed for a very fair price that puts other bids to shame. The end result was nothing short of perfection! Had to leave a separate review on all the free advice and support that Klaus and his team provided my family. I had struggled with finding the right materials for outside carpet/turf for both a 1br and 2br and had lots of questions about installation and more. I also needed help confirming a lot of what I've forgotten about plumbing, fixtures, and other areas of the home improvement projects my wife and I were doing. Alyssa flooring helped us with basically every major part of our two large projects to redo our rental units. We received more than a contractor, we gained an army of resources that helped propel us forward so fast we are still in shock at how perfect everything turned out.
