Description of Work: This company provided excellent customer service, top-quality work on replacing and installing a new roof. From the first meeting to provide an estimate to the completion of the job, I was very impressed with the professional handling of everything. I have already recommended them to a neighbor. Would definitely rehire them.

Description of Work: They put on an entire new roof replacing a very leaky one that was there. The new roof not only looks great but the owner, Jim, gave me advice that no other roofer talked about. My home is a manufactured home and Jim said that the ridge vent was not making the home breath because of the Marraige beams. I called several shingle manufacturers and they confirmed that ridge vents on these type of homes are worthless. Jim put in 7 turtle vents and they seem to be working very well. They cleaned up after the job was done and I could not be happier with the results. Our agreement was for 4 turtle vents and Jim did not charge for the extra 3. I would recommend Allrestore Roofing and Siding to all in need of these services. They are extremely professional and their timeline is excellent. In my development, just about every home has the ridge vents and all the other quotes I received were including this venting situation and all except for one was a higher quote price wise. They also used the highest wind protection and gave me the best warranty that is available. Very happy with Jim and his company.

Description of Work: Allrestore Contracting gave us a bid for a roof replacement at our beach home. They were very professional, prompt, would have used quality materials and agreed to meet the price that the contractor my son and I chose to use had bid. There was nothing negative about Allrestore that prompted us to chose the other contractor. In our research they were both very comparable.

Description of Work: We had been having leaks below our faux chimney. Bob from AllRestore had a galvanized cap prepared to alleviate our leaking problem. Unfortunately, rainy days kept interfering with installation after the cap was manufactured. Bob finally completed the installation. We found him very personable & responsive. We would be pleased to use AllRestore again in the future.

Description of Work: After a hail storm on May 23, 2014 I contacted my insurance company and they sent an inspector to look at my roof, which was approximately 15 years old. I had been contacted by Bob Earhart with AllRestore Contracting LLC and another company about a new roof. Bob was doing a roof not to far from my house, so I went to look at it while it was being installed. I talked to the homeowner and he was very satisfied with the work they were doing. I also checked other Angie's List reports and decided to have AllRestore Contracting do the work. | |The inspector determined that I did have some damage to my roof and they provided a Loss Report to repair the damage less my deductible. AllRestore agreed to the numbers in the Loss Report. I paid 50% up front and the balance after the work was completed and the wife was happy. | |They called with a date and time to start, but I was going to be out of town. We rescheduled for the next week to start on Monday. The workers showed up about 8 am and immediately went to work. The shingles were delivered at about the same time on a truck that could lift the shingles to the roof. They placed tarps on the ground and patio to catch the old shingles as they were torn off. The workers worked until about noon and then took a lunch break. It was extremely hot, but they worked until almost dark. They then cleaned up all the shingles that had been torn down, picked up all of the debris, and used a magnet roller to pick up any roofing nails on the ground. By the time they had cleaned up it was after dark, about 9 PM. Everything was put into a trailer and hauled away. | |The next day they showed up around 9 AM. Our road was closed for paving so they walked to our house and started work immediately. They went back later to get their truck. Again, they worked all day except for a couple of short breaks for water and lunch. In the afternoon, it rained for about 30 minutes and they continued to work in the rain doing what they could do. They made sure no rain could get into the home. They left that evening around 9 PM after cleaning up. | |The next morning, they arrived about 8 AM and worked until about 2 PM to finish the work and clean up. As before, they hauled away the old shingles and trash and used the magnet roller to pick up any nails. | |Bob, and his boss, would come by a couple of times each day to check on things and was there every evening when they were finishing up. He and the workers were very professional, kept me informed on the progress, and worked with the insurance inspector on a few items that the inspector had missed. | |I had two neighbors in my neighborhood stop by and comment on how AllRestore cleaned up my property each evening. One even took a picture and said he was going to send it to the company that had just put a roof on his house to show them how clean AllRestore left their jobs each evening. He said that the company that had done his roof left his yard in a mess. | |I would definitely use AllRestore Contracting LLC again and do recommend them. Bob even called today to make sure everything was OK.

Description of Work: Service was performed in a professional and most timely manner. It FAR exceeded our expectations. We would definitely go through Angie's list for any services we might need in the future.

Description of Work: Used for tear off and replacement of shingles on a steep pitched residential roof. I could not have gotten a more professional group of people. They provided a complete quotation that gave the most information possible about the existing roof and what they were offering in a replacement. When they arrived they set up and worked in a safe manner(tied off and used other safety devices). They were quick and efficient providing quality throughout the job. During the job they would point out any items I needed to review and decide on. Upon completion they cleaned up the premises and importantly(we have a 3 year old granddaughter who plays in the yard) got up all nails with magnets and going over several times...............would use again, but probably won't have to as we received in writing, a 20 year transferrable materials and labor warranty extended by the shingle manufacturer(Certainteed) as a result of All Restore being a 'Certified Installer". Would definitely use again if ever need this service.
