Jim and his crew were amazing from start to finish! Jim is excellent at communication and doing what he says will be done in the time that he says it will be done! It was the easiest project we have ever gone through and this was a warranty claim. Jim worked with us to get our siding replaced and did not mind the few extra steps we all had to go through for the claim.

Jim is a very professional and informative about products. He was very understanding about our needs and concerns as the work performed by another contractor was very poor and would not come back to do repairs. Jim returned all text email and messages in a timely manner. Would hire again. Great job…

The date to replace my roof was set up promptly and during the day of repair the owner of Allrestore kept in contact with me on the progress. Better than I expected! Jim responded to my request for a quote and arrived at my home the next day. He provided me with a detailed inspection and showed me pictures of the problems with my existing roof. He explained all my options thoroughly and was able to start within two weeks time. He secured the necessary permit from the county and his team of installers was top notch. The installation was pain free and only took 2.5 days! He even replaced a piece of plywood that had water damage.

Work was done timely and professionally.

Most people would rather go to a dentist than hire and deal with a contractor for work on their homes. Jim Hoctor of Allrestore Contractors is the exception to the rule. He actually made the experience a pleasure. He is easy to do business because; 1) good communications from start to finish on the project; 2) fair and honest pricing; 3) all work performed to the highest quality; 4) calm demeanor when something unexpected goes wrong; 5) speedy resolution of problems. I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone needing roof and window work in the Myrtle Beach area. I would hope that more contractors would adopt these core business principles.

Jim was easy to work with, wrote a clear estimate, and explained the job well. His carpenter, Paul, who did the repairs was friendly, respectful, and did beautiful work. The price was fair, and even less than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them!

Fabulous! We had several quotes, and Allstore was not the lowest, but the most impressive and we knew the minute we met Jim, that he was our guy! Sincere in his approach, he took time to explain the options and what to expect. He knows his business well, and as we looked at other roofs he had installed we were even more impressed. Our new roof went up in one day, at one point there were 8 guys on the roof! It looks wonderful, and they did an impeccable job with the post cleanup work.

I was pleased with the overall process with this company. They were prompt, courteous and professional. This repair was for a vacation home that I asked them to perform the repair and bill me which they did. I will definitely reach out to them in the future if I need another repair of a type that they perform.

We had a leak we thought was repaired and it wasn't. This cause the ceiling to start to droop. we opened it up and wow what a mess. Jim was able to get to us ASAP. Jim was great to work with. He had to come to my job to sign papers. I had lots of questions and he always answered them promptly. His workers did a great Job cleaning up. Jim had a did same price as his but I went with him because of the time he took to explain thing to me. He took picture of all the damage done on top so I could see it. I would recommend him to anyone in fact sent him to my mother's! Thanks Jim and crew!

I am an out of state owner and was in need of a roof repair/replacement - I called and left a message and received a call back from Jim within an hour. Jim advised he would go out and look at roof within the week. Jim sent an an email with pictures and description of work that needed to be done . I received a complete itemized quote detailing the work and cost of the job. I advised that I would be down during a specific time (which was in a short timeframe) and Jim made sure the roof was replaced during the time I was down in SC. Allrestore roofers were professional, courteous, efficient and extremely neat and clean. I would highly recommend Allrestore Contracting! Thank you Jim and crew for a Job well done!!

It went well. I called for an estimate and they responded right away. Jim Hoctor was friendly, thorough and professional. He presented that he was a person with a lot of experience in the field. I had several questions which he gladly answered. He listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me. I contacted two other companies that lacked the professionalism that Jim showed. After signing the contract, he kept me abreast of everything that I needed to know. He responded promptly to emails and phone calls. The roofs look great! I would definitely hire them again!

Our development in Murrells Inlet was hard hit last Spring with a hail storm. Every neighbor within 1/4 mile has had to replace their roof. I found Allrestore on Angie's list and gave them a call. Jim Hotch called back the same day. The house is our vacation home so everything had to communicated and set up by email and phone calls. Jim visited the house the next day and sent me the estimate. He pointed out several things that were damaged that I didn't even notice. Jim explained the entire procedure to me as it pertained to contacting my Homeowners Insurance Company and he advised me to give the insurance adjuster his cell number so that he could meet with him/her when they were going to inspect the roof. Jim coordinated a day and time for the inspection a few days later. It took awhile to get my first check from the insurance company but Jim was patient and checked with me several times to offer assistance if needed. The roof was installed a few days after hurricane Florence and I couldn't be happier. My neighbor was home during the installation and called me to let me know how hard the guys were working and what a good job they were doing. I arrived a few days after they finished and you would never know they were there except for the new shingles. The property was clean and the roof looked great. The price was fair and I can't say enough good things about Jim Hotch. I will recommend Allrestore Contracting to anyone looking for a roof in the Murrels Inlet area.

Jim was very professional from the time we met him to check our roof from the hail damage, he was not pushy and was very professional, Jim, helped out with everything we needed to get the roof completed after hail damage. Our neighbors were so impressed several of them hired his company as well, his workers were very polite. I would definitely hire him again. They got their work done fast and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. I thought his prices were very fair compared to other companies that we had gotten estimates from. Allrestore has the Certainteed roofing and also has a five-year warranty on the work, That gave us a peace of mind.
