Angie's list guaranteed a response to my request for service within 48 hours of purchase. This did not happen. There was no contact until I emailed the provider again requesting an appointment. Contact was finally made via email from the provider 5 days later. The message said only "Sorry we don't serve Little River". Had this provider actually taken the time to call me on the phone # provided to him twice (which he was asked to do in both emails) he would have learned that the actual job was to be performed in Myrtle Beach. Slow response and lack of professionalism gives this company an F in my book. I will find someone else who is more professional overall.

Everything went well. Price was good and he did a really nice job.

I have had Mr.Fucella do two jobs during past seven years. In 2007 he rewired my A/C unit from the 30 amp circuit breaker box. In 2014 he replaced a 30 year old fluorescent light fixture with modern track lighting.

He had the switch replaced in 10 minutes and checked on another issue as a courtesy to see if he could help. Nice man who genuinely cares about the customer.

Mr. Fuccella arrived on time to troubleshoot the problem. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem and his fee was reasonable. I am so happy I found an electrician for any future problems that may arise. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.

Joe was on time and he and his assistant did a fine job of hanging three light fixtures. One was straight forward which was a wall mount. The second one required some additional parts and he went to the store and picked them up as well as the special bulbs. The third required locating wires in the ceiling. A large hole was made, in trying to pull the wires, bit it was quickly repaired. They were in the house for approx 3 hours and cleaned up. I would certainly call him again.

Joe responded to my call very quickly. He came to look at the job the next day. I purchased the fan of my choice and he installed it the same week. He and his apprentice worked very efficiently. The job went quickly. He offered to install a different control if I thought I wanted it. I will call him if I need any more electrical work. His years of experience made me confident of his work.

OVERALL, HE IMPRESSED US WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF HIS PROFESSION AND USED THE BEST AND MOST'EFFICIENT METHOD OF DOING THE WORK. HE EVEN USED AN ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEE WHEN HE HADTO AND THEY WERE BOTH EFFICIENT. HE WAS PROMPT AND RETURNED CALLS WHEN NECESSARY.
