He never got out of his van, he sent in two workers that did not speak english to do the job. He got paid and when I came home from work and checked the lites that we had in the garage, the two new lites they put in worked but the existing lites no longer worked. when we called and complained, he stated that they had nothing to do with those lites and they did not touch them! when I opened up the switch receptical, they had unhooked the wires from the original lites and attached their's. results: overcharged,($997.00), poor workmanship, & liars

The service was prompt, the bid was fair, the work was exceptional.

Proceed with extreme caution. It did not go. This is an awful experience. We did pay for his services through Angie's list and no services were performed. Do not expect a professional electrician if you dare to use his services. Be sure to check his references. We are truly disappointed with his reference from Angie's List we expected a professional electrician.

Excellent work; accomplished the project without cutting into the ceiling and with minimal sheetrock damage. Very courteous, professional and no mess to clean!

Joe responded to my call and took my request promptly. I was aware that he is a busy man and did not put unnecessary burdens on him. He did the work very promptly and did it professionally . Joe was also very helpful to give me directions to finish my renovations. Joe is a gentleman and I appreciated dealing with him. I would request him for any future work that I needed.

Emailed Mr. Fucella immediately after purchasing services to confirm repair schedule as had already been without power for 5 days (after returning from mandatory evacuation and being informed that power company wouldn't make repairs to units; only reconnect electricity when units fixed). Did not receive response to email so next day (fri) left vm following up. On Monday after still hearing nothing, I called again and he answered. Said he got my message but would not be able to come out and do the work. Was too busy. I was specific in my follow up that this was a residential power situation and not just a home project I was in need of. Would've been helpful to know immediately that he couldn't fulfill the service. Even small shops should have someone in place to return phone calls, esp in urgent situations. I don't get the feeling I would've gotten any call back from him, which would be different if I were just soliciting quotes and this weren't a pre-paid purchase/subscriber based service. He does seem like a nice man but I would recommend contacting him only if you have a lot of flexibility and time to wait to schedule with him and get the work done.

Joe was on time, did the work promptly and billed me as agreed.

Joe was very prompt in returning my call. We were scheduled the next day and he and his assistant arrived on time. They changed two ceiling fixtures and added dimmer switches. He had to change out the box for the dining room light from plastic to metal. They cleaned the areas where they were working before they left. I will certainly use him again.

Joe and his worker were here a bit earlier than appointed time which is great since most of my past experiences with other contractors usually arrive later than the appointed time. Both men were very courteous and professional. Job completed in 1 hr. Very pleased with the work done. I very highly recommend this electrician and will definitely use him again in the future.

They routed new coax through the wall to the attic and back down to the other side of the room. They patched and spackled (twice) the necessary wall opening. They brought appropriate long shaft drills, ladders, tape, spackle and spare lumber to do the jobs. Other tasks included removing a noisy fan, installing bracing and an electrical box not installed by the builder, rewiring through the new box to meet code and and then assembling and installing the fan and light package. They also removed a bathroom vanity light and found the old install was not to code. They added the necessary box, assembled and installed the light. They consulted me at all the right points in the job. . Mr. Fuccella did the job right the first time. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He also itemized his bill in detail so that I clearly understood labor rates, labor charges, and materials charges. All I can say is, hire this guy!

Excellent service... Joe and team inspected the electrical in the house... After the inspection we sat down and discussed some issues. Joe's team provided photos of the concerned areas in the house.. Very pleased with Joe and his team.. Joe will be back to address the issues.. Would and have recommended Joe to friends and family..

While scheduling was prompt and provider arrived on time, he told me he would replace all 3 switches. And he did, however, he used 3 different colored switches than what I had, which is different from the plate cover and all others in my home. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. he never disclosed this to me. I did not notice until hours later. in fairness, I never reported my disappointment.

This is a recently purchased older home with some minor issues. They arrived on the day scheduled, and on time. Everything was fixed in less than an hour. Very happy with the results

They did a great job. Showed up on time and determined what needed to be done. They were able to replace the switch for an outdoor light as well as replacing the motor for the exhaust fan in the master bath. The only drawback or issue that left a bad taste was that it took 1 1/2 hrs and we had to pay for 2. Seems like they should be able to charge for the actual time vs rounding it up.
