They installed my roof a week earlier scheduled. The job called for 2 days of work and they completed it in one day. They cleaned up nicely and I would recommend them to everybody.

The crew arrived around 7:30am and worked, with only a lunch break till 7pm. They cleaned, including nail pickup every day. Unbelievably hard workers. The contract supervisor came at least twice a day to check quality and progress of the work. We were told of any issued immediately. They have completely changed our idea about contractors. This company promised high quality work--negotiated to $8,295 after the salesman Bryan came back & stated, "I miscalculated the squares." This should have been a warning sign, but they were recommended by Home Advosor; therefore, I trusted them. They roofed the roof in the rain which leaked into my Florida Room. The final price came out to be $9,000.00.

Contract Exteriors handled this repair while communicating with me long distance and emails. My neighbor informs me that the work was completed quickly and professionally. Their customer service stayed in contact with me with updates. The repair involved replacing shingles and vent pipe boots. The whole repair process exceeded my expectations.

While weather was a challenge, they worked as closely as possible with the weather impact and were ready to go even on days when they just couldn't get on the roof, and ensured there were NO bare places that could leak during their tear off/replacement operations. I wish I met with them first. Not only did they do a top notch job on fixing the roof after another contractor did a poor install, but they saw to it that the interior damage was complete to my satisfaction. This company always answered questions, phone calls. I felt comfortable knowing my home was in their care and they would do right by me. I'll never forget Randy, Mike, John and all the rest of the workers, they are a professional crew and I'm so impressed with them. I'm forever grateful to this company for the workmanship and reassurance my job will be repaired correctly.

I would recommend them to anybody. They were very nice to work with, very professional. They did the skylight work for us, and they even came back the next day to complete the project. They went above and beyond and I am very impressed with their work and their professionalism.
