Anthony arrived before the appointment and was prepared and ready to go. He arrived with the advanced knowledge and tools needed for the job. He took the time to explain all flaws found and took the time to inspect. He even took the time to give pointers and recommendations on how to fix or replace and what to watch out for when selecting products and services. I learned quite a lot from him during my inspection. Things I simply would have shrugged off, he advised to pursue and took the time to explain why. I would highly recommend his companies service to anyone that needs an inspection. I certainly would use his expertise again. It was worth every penny.

Tony did not one but two home inspections for us. In the first home inspection his thoroughness uncovered some major issues that needed to be addressed. Ultimately because of the sellers unwillingness to work with us on those, we chose not to buy. Tony just did our second inspection and just like the first it, hi thoroughness was amazing. While there were no major issues that showed up, we are confident that "no stone was left upturned" My family will only use Champion Home Inspections and Tony!

Anthony arrived at least 10 minutes early and began the house inspection right away. He explained what he was doing and seeing the entire time. He pointed out problems/issues. He answered all my questions and was courteous and professional. In a very timely manner he provided a detailed easy to understand report of his findings.

Anthony was not only professional (prompt, punctual, good price, etc) he was very personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He went out of his way to explain to me what the problem was so we could troubleshoot what needed to be done. A professional report was written and emailed before the end of the day! After Anthony's terrific work, the deal fell through. We hired him a second time to inspect the next town home we're considering.

This was the first time I called Champion, and I would definitely call them for another property. Mr DeCarlo was very polite and respectfully spoke to me, my husband, and the seller. He thoroughly and efficiently inspected the building, and provided a timely detailed report on the recommended care for the property. I was also happy that the inspection could be done on short notice, and that he promptly answered my followup question.
