Everything went better then planned.

He did a great job.. The report was very thorough. I think the most important thing was that he was very honest and took time to explain everything to us. As out of town buyers, he made us feel that he was on our side, even though the sale didn’t work out we appreciated his work and the extra effort he took .

Anthony and I spoke prior to the date of the inspection and just based on our initial phone call, my husband and I had decided we didn't want to look any further. Anthony just made a great first inspection (not to mention he was very reasonable)! Day of inspection was seamless. Anthony arrived before us, had already walked the home, offered very helpful details on what to keep watch for (especially on things that were new to us). Our report was emailed to us within a very short time/same day. Anthony even went over details of his report with our builder's representative on the same day as the inspection. We've already made our appointment for our one-year warranty inspection with him.

The word that comes to mind is VALUE: premium quality and economical as well. This Inspector is a high energy high knowledge high experience solo professional. He allowed me to shadow him throughout the inspection, telling me what he was checking and what he was finding, and photographing everything. After the inspection he discussed his most significant findings with me and my realtor. Two hours later he completed his formal 50 page written report and emailed the PDF to us. He found 50 problems – several of very serious – but fortunately none of them show-stoppers. 200% satisfied!

Anthony was awesome to work with! I called him early in the morning for pricing and his availability to do an inspection. He fit me in that day, did the inspection (which is a full detailed report) and had the report back to me the same day. Also at an extremely great price! I purchased a pre-existing home in SC, (4 years young) ib May 2022 while living in NY and didn't have the opportunity to oversee the home inspection that was done during the purchase process. I decided I wanted to have another one done in my presence. From the moment I first spoke with Anthony, I was very impressed with his level of knowledge, professionalism and his willingness to come out to my home to inspect it at my earliest convenience. He was on time and very friendly. He walked side-by-side with me through every aspect of my home inspection explaining every detail along the way. He crawled up into the attic, into the scuttle in my closet, was on his hands and knees when warranted and even climbed into my cabinets to inspect all the plumbing. He tested every outlet, every window and anything that had a switch. This guy didn't miss a thing! He did find a few minor things that needed correction and one he fixed for me as a courtesy! His report was as detailed as his inspection, completed and in my email the same day! I feel so at ease now that I know every detail about my new home which has alleviated any anxiety I had about not knowing if everything was OK. I gave his contact information to some realtors in the area because this is the guy you want inspecting your new build or an existing home. Especially if you won't be able to be there for it. I'm sure that Anthony would make sure to point out anything and everything BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. His price was very fair too although you can't put a price on peace of mind ;) I am very happy that I stumbled across this excellent inspector!
