Anthony was extremely professional and personable. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. The turn around time for his report was less than one day. Anthony offered to answer any outstanding questions or concerns I had after I received his report.

Home inspection went great. He took his time and went over every piece of the house from top to bottom. Also if approachable, answered any questions I had during the inspection. Very professional but also knew how to take and make a joke. Would highly recommend.

First off Anthony answered the phone on his day off (during a fishing trip no less) and gave me an appointment for within 24 hrs. Extremely courteous, thorough and he obviously knew what he was doing. The report was back to me within another 24 hrs. Overall a very professional experience. Would hire again for sure.

I felt I was waiting a significantly long time for a response from recommended inspectors our realtor gave us. All I wanted was quotes. I took matters into my own hands and found this company through Angie's list. I looked up some other ones and reached out to them as well. I contacted Anthony on Nov. 1st, 2018. Within less than an hour, I had all the info I needed from him as well as a quote and an appointment set up for Nov. 10th. The day of the appointment came around and he showed up early. I was running a couple minutes behind due to getting out late from work. I called and explained. He was already at the house and explained he'll get started on the inspection of the outside. I explained I had to get changed and get my 7 month old daughter. He was so understanding. My realtor was at the house too. When we got there, Anthony filled us in and was ready to get started on the inside. He was done with a full, thorough inspection within a couple of hours. Termite inspection included. We had a full report done by the end of business day even with our appointment being at noon on Saturday. We were extremely impressed and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for your professionalism and understanding! I'll definitely keep you in mind for anyone who needs a referral.

The home inspection overall was excellent. Anthony was early, respectful, informative, and thorough in his inspection of the home. He proactively provided feedback on items he thought needed attention, and kindly and simply explained what he was observing. Anthony is very professional and personable. He even shared a few entertaining anecdotes of his experience as a builder and growing up in old houses. The reports were delivered super fast, within a day, and he followed up immediately when they were ready. He was honest about every issue he encountered.
