I purchased a pre-existing home in SC, (4 years young) ib May 2022 while living in NY and didn't have the opportunity to oversee the home inspection that was done during the purchase process. I decided I wanted to have another one done in my presence. From the moment I first spoke with Anthony, I was very impressed with his level of knowledge, professionalism and his willingness to come out to my home to inspect it at my earliest convenience. He was on time and very friendly. He walked side-by-side with me through every aspect of my home inspection explaining every detail along the way. He crawled up into the attic, into the scuttle in my closet, was on his hands and knees when warranted and even climbed into my cabinets to inspect all the plumbing. He tested every outlet, every window and anything that had a switch. This guy didn't miss a thing! He did find a few minor things that needed correction and one he fixed for me as a courtesy! His report was as detailed as his inspection, completed and in my email the same day! I feel so at ease now that I know every detail about my new home which has alleviated any anxiety I had about not knowing if everything was OK. I gave his contact information to some realtors in the area because this is the guy you want inspecting your new build or an existing home. Especially if you won't be able to be there for it. I'm sure that Anthony would make sure to point out anything and everything BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. His price was very fair too although you can't put a price on peace of mind ;) I am very happy that I stumbled across this excellent inspector!

The inspection reports were very detailed which helped us negotiate the price on our primary home in Murrells Inlet as well as our investment properties in Myrtle Beach.

Home Inspection was very through and professional report was prepared. Radon Testing also done. I was very pleased and his findings were items that I never would have noticed. It saved me thousands of dollars as repairs had to be made by the seller. I would use him again and highly recommend him to others.

From the beginning, Anthony was a delight to work with. We called him and scheduled a home inspection for the next day. Anthony was very professional and arrived with all the needed materials and ready to perform the given job. He was extremely friendly and had no problem answering any questions we had about the home. He gave us insightful information about what needed to be repaired and how it could be repaired. Anthony explained everything about the inspection in simple terms for us to easily understand. When we needed clarification on any part of the inspection, Anthony was very patient and would stop and explain everything in great detail. There was not a time in the inspection where we felt rushed. Anthony examined every inch of inside and outside of the home. He was extremely detailed and no "stone was left unturned." He took pictures of any questionable issues in the home. When the inspection was complete, Anthony answered any more questions we had and gave us an approximate timeline of when would be receiving the reports and the completion of Radon Testing.
