From the first phone call, I could tell that Anthony was professional, and trustworthy compared to other companies I called. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the first inspection due to circumstances beyond my control, but over a month later, I called Anthony back. He had my name saved in his phone, and remembered me from the first time I called. I was relieved that I didn't have to reintroduce myself and explain my situation over again. Originally, I was to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy, and he told me he would go down the list of required items, and wal through the house with me checking for each item. This was something that no other inspector offered when I was calling around for quotes. The house is very old, and Anthony was very specific in his findings, and listed them clearly in the report. He took his time to provide a clear, detailed report of everything in the house that should be monitored for future problems. He also listed the names of the professionals to contact for the fixes necessary which is helpful for someone like me who wouldn't know to contact a mason for chimney re-pointing. I feel confident that Anthony covered as much of the house as possible without missing an inch. I also appreciate the fact that every time I contacted Anthony, he spoke to me like a friend that he's known for years. I highly recommend Champion Home Inspections! Anthony was thorough and explained everything in detail as we went through the inspection of the house. His report was detailed showing deficiencies and dangers that needed to be repaired. He used colored pictures and provided photos of all specification plates for heating and air conditioning equipment.

IT WENT GREAT!!!!! Anthony was VERY professional, prompt, courteous and cost effective. He arrived ahead of time then proceeded to walk through our home with me on every detail he inspected. Disregarding the fact that Anthony knew I had 40+ years of construction experience (this is not meant in a bad way), he still explained every detail (highly commended) of the item he inspected from top to bottom. He checked EVERY detail and took the time when I had questions, he explained and made sure I understood. I would recommend his company to anyone needing his services.
