Coastal Renovations did a superb job of painting the interior of my condo (walls, doors, trim work, baseboards, moldings and 8-10 ft ceilings). Sam, the owner, and crew were punctual each day and worked full days to accomplish the job in a reasonable time. Sam offered advice as needed and was knowledgeable in paint quality. I was extremely please with the finished job. I plan to hire Coastal Renovations, LLC for future renovation projects in my condo. Sam returned the following day to take care of a few items missed during the painting process. He was most gracious in pleasing the customer. Great company!!

I had an old wood deck which was rotting and needed to be replaced. I had Coastal Renovations replace the old deck with a new deck and remove the shrubs around the old deck. Sam was very helpful in choosing the right material for the deck. He was no pressure while I was deciding on a deck builder. Sam and his crew did an outstanding job on painting our entire home. There were some slight misunderstandings (on our end) but Sam went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the service and even checked in afterwards to make sure there was nothing else we wanted touched up. After calling for a quote, Sam came out promptly to look over the job and quote. He was able to start work the week following giving us the quote. He was prompt, friendly and the work was done with a professional pride that is associated with his high quality work. He did an office, sunroom, bedroom and 3.5 baths. The work was done with care for detail and at each step he asked us to review the work and if any touch ups were necessary he immediately made the adjustments. Sam and his guys are professional, friendly, efficient and stress customer service. Leaving a happy customer is clearly a major goal of the firm. The price was very fair. I will use them again in the future and recommend them with no reservations.

Great painters and I would recommend them to everybody.

Work was good /took extra day of work due to unforseen circumstances and price came in higher than original estimate.

Sam did and excellent job as the floor presented some challenges. Sam did the entire first floor, including a hallway pantry. He also removed the carpet on the stairs, he placed flooring on the landing, long hall, linen closet, master bedroom and a walk-in closet. We are pleased with the word and communication we had with Sam. When issues came around we were alerted and as which options may be the better choice. After 4 quotes, we were sold on Sam as he was honest, professional and a determination to ensure he completed a top notch job. Sam’s quote was fair.
