I had to replace most of the deck at my house in Mt Pleasant, due to an unforeseen plumbing emergency. Sam made it so easy. He met with me so we were clear on the project, he got started a few days later, he completed everything and left a clean job site, then he gave me a reasonable time to inspect his work before I paid him. Iâ m going to get a fence quote from him next. Highly recommend!

Sam and Josh did a complete Kitchen redo, right down to the studs and sub floor. They installed cabinetry, new wood floors, paint job, did electrical work, installed lighting, moved A/C duct work, etc. They did a wonderful job and we are so proud of our new kitchen. Sam is a perfectionist and made fabulous recommendations on how we could improve our design. Five stars.

Sam and Josh were always on time, always reliable and responsive, they worked quickly and efficiently, and most importantly made the remodel of the master bath beautiful! In spite of supply chain issues, they still completed in a timely manner. They also have done decking, siding, windows and handrails for us. They are the first ones I call and I highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs.

Excellent quality work, the price was acceptable (given what prices are today post-pandemic and some additional issues we did not see beforehand). Work completed on time and everything cleaned up and taken away. Sam and Josh took all the burden off my shoulders of having to track down materials, where I would dispose of old decking boards and any other small items that may have been needed to complete the job. Overall, very happy and ready to move on to the next project with Coastal Renovations.

Most importantly, the quality of work is outstanding. They don't cut corners and they do the job right. They are also very good at thinking of things the customer doesn't and making good suggestions on how to improve the projects. They are very polite, courteous, and professional. Enjoyable to interact with at all times. Josh and Sam renovated multiple rooms inside and redid the decks on the front and back of the house and did absolutely excellent work everywhere.

The team was very dependable and very quality conscious they suggested many areas of improvement and areas that we had not thought about during the planning phase and the remodeling phase. Sam was great to work with and was very communicative during the entire process, we always knew what was happening next and what to expect.

Sam and Josh recently replaced our stairs and deck and did an excellent job. They were very thorough and always cleaned up in a timely manner. They did such a great job that we ultimately asked them to work on some interior dry wall projects and were thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend them!
